I was in a similar situation, I was searching all day everyday. My parter said give it to the lord and the time will come. Leave it to God
No idea if you guys read these or not. If you guys are planning to change carpet, PLEASE - do yourselves a favor (and belly bud too) and do that close to the beginning of the 20 days and then put tarps or drop cloths down. It’s a well known issue that the glue that’s used can make some people quite sick. I learned the hard way. Which in turn means the chemicals are HARSH!!!! Use the time you have to air it out as much as possible! At least research it. ❤ Congratulations! This is so exciting!!!

We put an offer on a house at the tail end of March as well, and we closed yesterday and moving to our new house today! We are closing on the sale of our current house next week.
I’m so happy for you! My husband and I have been married going on 14years and have been renting this whole time. I want nothing more to buy our own house to call ours. I know that feeling! Our kids are getting older now 15,13 & 12 and I want them to experience a nice house with their own rooms. I’m happy for you all and I hope our timing is next!

The Lord provided for us in a huge way and we weren't even expecting it! My dream home went on the market and my husband said "I know the realtor". Fast forward 4 months and our old house sold within a week and we are in a beautiful new home with more space and a garage for my husband! Im not sure if God is preparing us for a new chapter as Ive prayed for more space for future family growth...or if maybe he is preparing us for a career change for my husband who is working on his contractors license! Either way we are so greatful and blessed! God works even when you least expect it!! God Bless your family and your new home!!
Just went through this house buying process and it's stressful, bit there fortune was a peace when we have it to the Lord! Congrats guys and I hope it goes as smoothly as possible.

God will definitely show you the right one! When we were looking for houses we were looking at a lot of houses and we're getting frustrated. I just happen to look online I found this house that was perfect for us and our huge family. It literly just went on the market less than a few hours before I seen it. We looked at it and put an offer in right away. We found out there were atleast 10 other people that were looking at our house but since we were all pre-approved and put the offer in right away we were able to get the house. It was definitely God making it all work with us!

I am in the same situation, and your advice is so helpful. I'm two weeks behind you in pregnancy and currently staying in my parents basement because our house that we're renting doesn't have water cuz the well broke. I'm not sure what we're gonna do, we can buy a house soon but not sure when. I'm trying really hard to trust the process but man the uncertainty and being pregnant is hard.
So happy for you guys! And you have no idea how bad I needed to watch this. Finally left a horrible 10 year marriage and I have 4 babies. I've been trying to find us a new home and just feels impossible. I'm definitely letting God take this.

It's too bad they couldn't buy the land you have for sale to build on. And you could work out some kind of arrangement with the price and make it affordable for them to have an apartment for approx 9 months or whatever the build time.

Why? They aren't saying anything that would turn away a seller.
@@avidforlife They are expressing their willingness to pay more than asking, maybe paying rent for the seller for a year etc. Don’t ever disclose your “plan” for purchase to a seller. If you are too eager you are going to pay much more than the asking price. Your objective is to get the best price possible, and the only way to do that is to keep your personal thoughts to yourself.
That was for the original house. This new house they found they have offered and been accepted so theres nothing to worry about.
