- SFC programming with Delta DVP PLC ISPSoft & WPLSoft | Ladder / Sequential Function Chart programming. In this video, you see how to write a Sequential Function Chart with 4 steps. for each step then a ladder program is prepared. For each step, a name and address are defined. then for each action, we prepare a code to determine what is supposed the PLC to do based on the code written for that action. The final program code is supposed to control the water level in a tank system. in this system we are also simulating analog/digital the PLC input/output ports via the Factory IO software.

Hi there, I've never connected a load cell to my delta PLC, So, I won't be able to help you so much. Note that, Loadcells produce a signal whose voltage is too low. so, you will need to use special modules like DVP02LC-SL beside your PLC to read the loadcell voltage, or use another device to convert the loadcell signal to standard signals like 0 -24 v

How can we link wplsoft and Factory io app?
Hi there. During the first videos, I explained WPLsoft and also how a delta PLC can connect to FactoryIO app through an OPC server which can be created by KepserverEX software. Please see our Delta PLCs & ISPsoft course from the first video.
Remember, It does not matter which software (WPLsoft or ISPsoft) was used to program your delta PLC, because you want to connect your PLC ( not WPLsoft or ISPsoft ) to factory IO,
