From a girl who didn’t know the meaning of the word “responsibility” to a girl who was willing to sacrifice everything for the people she loved. THAT is what we call a perfect character arc.
Literally hated responsibility, floating through life...She goes where the wind takes her. Now she has found purpose and meaning, understanding belonging and love... sacrificing what she has for them.
@@SunBeeSmoked On THAT note, it pains me when I see society (be it in fiction or reality) try and force teens to grow up too fast. Yes, Anne was a bit of a mess before ending up in Amphibia...but you saw how much pressure Mrs. Boonchuy put on her to be responsible (not to mention that room with the creepy homemade mannequins of Anne)
When Anne said “I think the reason I let other people push me around and walk all over me was because I didn’t love myself.” Was such a powerful sentence. Something in me just clicked and I realized that that was the reason I related to Anne so much through this whole series. I’ve been getting therapy for the last year because of this episode and I’ve been happier this past year than I have been in two decades.
The finale hurts so much!!!! 😭😭😭 Leif's letter, Anne's sacrifice, saying goodbye to Amphibia and all the scenes seeing how everyone grew up it's enough to make a man cry.
Me, too. And when the guys were talking about how people in their thirties didn't know what to do with their lives...I'm twenty-seven, almost twenty-eight, and I live in my dad's basement! I'm unemployed, a couple pounds overweight...I'm just hopeless! That got to me, like, so much!
"Domino is not just a cat; she's the alpha and omega!" Knowing how Matt loves to trick people with things that act like filler, it's bizarre to me how we never considered this (as crazy as it sounds)
The Owl House was canceled because Disney has a panel that reviews shows to see if they fit the Disney brand. The panel decided Owl House didn't fit the Disney brand and called to cancel the series after season 2. Dana Terrace was able to talk them into the 3 part 3rd season so they could finish the story. I think they probably regretted the decision after the numbers came in for season 2. And it was huge on the Disney XD Channel, not just on streaming.
@@jasonhoagland8444 They better regret it cause while the third season was really good for what they did, it could have done a lot more if it had more episodes.
When Andrias said "What I should have done a long time ago, standing up to YOU!" That hit HARD because if you remember in season 1 that's what Anne said to Sasha during their brawl. I love this show so much and I'm so sad that it's gone :(
I also find fascinating that in 78 years Anne becomes God of the Disney Multiverse. To me it would be interesting to see her having some 'training' or having a 'Disney goddess internship'. One to help to learn her new awaking powers, responsibilities, and to build a bond towards all the universes/worlds/dimensions in her upcoming care Anne has adventures/experiences in different various Disney worlds and handles cosmic level threats. Sort of a Kingdoms Hearts vibes storyline/scripted show. So add in existential dread she might not ever be able to answer and maybe feeling disconnected or unable to talk about both pressures in her life with her parents because of feeling like an impostor while also a hidden goddess trying to take a universes levels of responsible and caring for others.
A great finale to a great series. Even if Gravity Falls and Owl House sometimes get more attention, Amphibia deserves all the praise it gets and then some. A great story, likable characters, and in general was so much fun. So many powerful moments too, it’s definitely one of Disneys best.
I love that in Marcy’s illusion under the core, Anne is dressed up like Link from Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, and Sasha is dressed as Edelgard from Fire Emblem: Three Houses. Both are games from two of my favorite franchises, and it shows Marcy has good taste 😌
Let's be clear here. Anne died. The girl we followed from season 1 all the way up until now crumbled into dust in front of us and God Domino made a new one, he didn't resurrect her. They really found a way to have their cake and eat it too
it's the same anne lets say this anne old body the one got destroy is like a USB god domino copy everything whats inside that old usb and transfer to a new one and that is a new body of anne that god domino created maybe this new body can handle that 3 calamity stones
@@marqueztyronfrancis1309 I know I am late, but really, you realize that what you described is still a copy. Assuming the USB is the body, transferring data is just a Copy + Delete original. Also, the entire talk between Anne and the diety makes no sense if he just resurected her. It simply would be a "Am I dead? No, I fixed you so you currently are not." The only reason why a Yes and no makes sense is because the god copied her. Og dead, the one talking to him no.
The battles were so great and epic. The finale was the most saddest episode I've watched. Thank you guys for watching Amphibia. It was truly a blessing 🐸🐸🐸😢😢😢🔥🔥🔥
Same. It really made an impact on me. I was emotionally shaken for days. And I still feel emotional when I think about it. Not many shows have done that for me.
I didn’t figure out what I wanted to do in life until I was a Senior in high school. I initially thought I’d be working around animals, but in truth, I actually wanted to become a professional artist/animator, which I am grateful to have pursued and continue to pursue that path.🙂
Samuel L. Jackson didn’t become a star until he was 43, Stan Lee didn’t make his first comic until he was 39, Julia Child didn’t make her first cook book until she was 50, Susan Boyle didn’t become a name until she was 48, And Betty White didn’t break out as a star until she was 51. That’s just to name a few people so no there is no such thing as having to know what you are going to do by a certain age.
No matter how many times I watch the finale, those heartfelt goodbyes between the girls and their friends from Amphibia really gets me in the feels. I can only think of one other show that has done that to me and, that’s no easy feat to accomplish.
You're pretty spot on about the way the show has progressed from the first episodes to this. Watching this is what made me realise the formula for modern Disney Channel cartoons: Start small-scale with slice-of-life stuff, introducing some sort of ongoing mystery element (the calamity box, the journals, Toffee, the Spear of Selene, etc) to hook people in, have small episodic plots that allow for character introduction and development and worldbuilding, then slowly ramp your way up to an ongoing story arc that really kicks into gear with the 2nd season. Happened with Gravity Falls, Star Vs., Amphibia, The Owl House, Ducktales 2017, and looks like it's happening with Hailey's On It as well.
I think its safe to say that None of us expected this show to go the way it did when we first started watching it. It has been fantastic reliving this journey with you guys both here and on Patreon.
Whenever someone says “ _Amphibia_ movie confirmed”, I’m like “Don’t give me hope”. Don’t get it twisted; I would ABSOLUTELY LOVE a movie just to see these characters again, and Matt Braly is good with tricking fans, but we may be waiting a while so I’m not getting my hopes up… but I’d be happy to be wrong about this
There is an Amphibia graphic novel in the works. Matt Braly did a poll on Twitter at some point about what kind of book Amphibia should get next and Graphic Novel with new stories won.
@@fnaffoxy1987 Okay! I'll take that! If I ever see it, I'll read each line in the characters voices just to make it so that they never left... 🙂😐🥺😭 💙💖💚
Amphibia first season put the foundry of the show, it give us the peace before the storm, the good friendship moments that make the goodbye so heartbreaking, that's why when Anne say that the stone are not Amphibia greatest treasure we believe her, cause we saw all those characters that we love People really need to understand that you may not live on the foundry, but you can't have a house without them
Seen the show and reactionsseveral times. Always gets me crying so hard. Beautiful art. Also I recommend checing out the official book: Marcys Journal. Watched it all, and thank you right back. I'm happy to finally see men who also cried during this amazing finale. Good to know I'm not the only one, and taks guts to do so in a video online. Props to you guys!
This reaction didn’t show it, but when I saw the Millennium Puzzle from the OG Yugioh series that was in the pile of puzzles that Marcy solved, I (a fan of the show) had the biggest smile on my face.😄
Amphibia's ending was truly one of the one's that hit me the hardest From when it first aired to the last episode, I kept up all the time, and it really spoke to me about how sometimes, change isn't that scary as long as you have the experience to keep moving forward Truly a fantastic show, and Matt Braly and the whole crew did splendidly As for you guys, I'll keep watching as you dudes are legitimately funny and have really engaging conversations
Since it seems the timeframe of Amphibia & Earth appear to be parallel, I guess that means what we saw at the end was a 10 year timeskip epilogue in both worlds
Finally, we've made it to the grand finale. You boys are gonna love it! Because I sure as shit loved it! It was the craziest rollercoaster I've ever seen! Oh, and another thing, there seems to be some issues with the audio.
The thing is, Matt Braly confirmed this was the vision he had for the series. The point of Season 1 is to show Anne as a selfish apathetic teen that had no aspirations, and how she became more responsible and selfless thanks to the people around her, even when the majority of people around her were against her. Anne could not have been the hero she was in Season 2 during season 1 unless she never WAS a selfish, apathetic teen. Also Matt has confirmed on Reddit back in Season 2 that he planned for a 3 season story with a potential 4th season if he wanted to add more.
I'm telling you people, there's no reason for the worlds to be permanently separated. Remember that mini portal they managed to make work withouth any magical help? There's at least 5 ways they could use that to stay in contact, going so far as using it like a overly-complicated video call device, which I'm convinced Mr. X will let them do at some point. I'll die, resurrect and die again on this hill.
A fantastic sendoff to a fantastic show. All in had great animation and great character moments while the hardest thing was so full of emotion and the calamity trio just being awesome. I'll always miss this show
I was also a bit confused about the timeskip, but it looks like there was a short time skip between the girls returning to Earth and the unveiling of the statue, followed by the 10 years later on Earth. Andrias has stopped relying on extending his android life. Which is something, considering that the power source of the technology is gone for good. The tie-in journal for Amphibia (Marcy's Journal) DID have a teaser at the end... Terry the scientist called Anne during the reunion and mentioned something about a "breakthrough".
33:00 "it just became freaking majora's mask now?! 😳" Yes, yes it did 😂 Also my gosh, it goes to show how purely evil is the core, it refuses to accept defeat that it's willing to freaking try to destroy all of amphibia if it couldn't take over it, and just like sasha said, that stupid core is a giant sore loser, that's why it was freaking satisfying to see that thing getting destroyer 😆 Also i love that Andrias finally stood up to his dad after he realized about Lief's letter and understanding the friendship between anne, the girls and the planters 😊
All In: to this day it's one of my absolute favorite episodes from the show only being surpassed by True Colors, it just has a little bit of everything that made Amphibia so great. Heartwarming moments, good comedy, amazing fight scenes... I still say ''well hello there, sweet life giving K-pop'' every now and then at random moments lol The Hardest Thing: to this day and including reaction videos I think I've seen this episode like... 5 times? and everytime I watch it I end up tearing up at the finale. hearing Anne's little speech at the end of it just breaks me in a way that I end up crying, even tho I know those words by heart it still manages to get me... I started watching Amphibia pretty late (around the time Season 3A finished) but every watching every episode was such a ride, from the very simple and fun start to the anime-esque and gut wrenching finale. this show it's an instant classic to me and one of my absolute favorites that have come out of Disney. Thank you guys for watching this show, it was so much fun reliving each episode with you guys reacting to it
The timing of the release of the final episode of Amphibia was truly impeccable because it landed on a Blood Moon (and also my birthday, which was SO awesome!!)
Fun Fact The voice of the Stones Deity is none other than Charlene Yi, who many recognize as Ruby from Steven Universe and Chloe Park from We Bare Bears
The Disney Channel model wants episodic stories that are mostly concluded in each episode because that works better for often reran half hour shows. A kid is more likely to come back to watch a show on network TV if they don't have to worry about missing a story, that's a big part of why Owl House got cut short, it's so serialized which fits Disney+ and streaming well but less well with the broadcast TV model.
Been watching you guys since finding your Owl House reactions. While I’ll always like that show better, this show is one of the few that made me cry. Anne saying goodbye to Sprig with the big hug was just such a fantastic emotional moment. Love watching you guys, it’s very entertaining. Looking forward to whatever is next for ya.
For how little people seemed to watch this, compared to your other shows, I appreciate how immersed and involved you all seemed to be. Your discussion in the middle of the video was great, as well. Thanks for making this finale doubly great to watch.
When I first saw the end I cried for a few days. And now I'm crying again. I was so sad that they had to say goodbye, it was narratively satisfying of course but I wanted a purely happy ending since I loved Anne's relationship with the planter's so much. I can't believe I care so much about a silly cartoon show about frogs and their familial relationship with a human so much.
I found you guys through Gravity Falls and when you started Owl House and Amphibia I was so excited. You guys are literally my favourite reaction channel now. I literally binged Gumball (which I'd never seen) just to watch your reaction. Now you're doing Steven Universe, She-ra, helluva boss, and Adventure Time, and each video makes my day. I'm so glad I found your channel, and I can't wait to see what other shows you do and the continuation of the current ones! (I want to be a member/join the patreon, but I just can't with University right now, tuition and shit is expensive! But I plan to join eventually, I swear.)
To kind of add to H-Man and Roff's discussion about ratings, appearently they didn't matter. In a way, Amphibia's main difference as far as i can tell, is that Amphibia got released first, and before the world just kind of gave up on existing for a couple years. Where Owl House did release close to that time, so appearently the network DIDN'T EVEN KNOW the show was popular. It wasn't until "The Black Plague 2000's Edition" started fading away, and people were able to show up on events and shit, in this case THE ONE AND ONLY panel the show was able to have, that Disney executives were finally able to see that the show was indeed a hit, but by that point it was already too late. So it really comes off as they just didn't pay attention.
When I first watched this series, I never thought that the finale would go down like this. It's so, so bittersweet and emotional, leaving it on a sad but hopeful note. I do hope to see more Amphibia content in the future, like with the announcement on the books. I would love to see more of Amphibia explored and maybe one day, we'll get to see the humans and amphibians reunited.
41:45 It's not. It messed me up a bit when I watched it, I haven't finished it and stopped watching it awhile ago but it got more intense and some episodes were pretty serious. You should watch it!
I started watching you guys during the first few episodes of gravity falls, and god I love your amphibia reactions sm! Anytime your amphibia or steven universe reactions come up, my day becomes better! On a different note, one thing I noticed about the finale is that they are celebrating Annes bday on the day they returned to their world, which is because Anne both died and was reborn that day. Just thought that was funny
The Hardest thing is my favorite episode. I watched it a couple months ago for the first time the week of the anniversary of my grandfather's passing. Even though it's been 11 years i've had a really hard time letting go and moving on so i was majorly depressed that week. This episode helped me cope with those feelings and helped me finally start to move on. ❤
I’ve been waiting for this video forever! Godddd it’s been soooo long since you guys reacted to the halfway point of season 3! Edit: Also I believe I started watching your channel a little after the second season finale blew up as I only started watching videos about amphibia after that season finale. At which point I found your channel and watched your amphibia videos.
Don't get me wrong, Owl House's ending was fantastic, but personally it didn't hit quite as hard as Amphibia's did. 4:20 - Mr. X's speed dials are "Mom", "Hubby", "Boss", "Teri", and "Micky D's". 5:00 - "Still not used to you being smart." Remember Sprig, while you and Hop Pop were binging TV, Polly was a little internet goblin. 55:50 - Watching this on TV, it's at this precise moment they hit us with a _commercial break._ 56:45 - Remember back at the beginning of Season 3 when Anne was loopy from the dentist and was ranting about Domino being "more than just a cat, the Alpha and Omega"? 1:01:00 - Sasha and Grime represent the entire fandom.
During covid, amphibia was the main show I watched, and someone who hated change, and like anne found this new take on the world hard, but like Anne learned to adapt and understand a crazy world, and like Anne when I let go and grow out of covid found life makes it way to young. Thank you amphibia
Fun fact in Marcys dream we see Anne looks like Breath of the Wild link, a hero who won't give up in rescuing not only Zelda and his friends but also thw whole kindom of Hyrul similar to Anne not giving up in helping both Amphibia and her dimension, the he have sasha who looks like Edelgard from Fire Emblem: Three Houses a character who will stop at nothing until her ambitions become reality, you could say she is stubborn, but she also cares about her friends and does regret a little when things get more violent them she intended kinda like Sasha feelimg guilty about manipulating and battling Anne before
Fun fact: The copy of Anne’s body (with original Anne’s consciousness ofc) has the shoe on the wrong side Edit: You guys should read “Marcy’s Journal” it gives some inside into what Marcy did during season 1 and how the book ends is just…well…kind of mean
This show is my comfort show, I really enjoyed season 1, I had the time of my life with season 2, and season three made me super hype, but I will never forget the show
And there it is :') I love this show so much, I'm glad you all enjoyed it. I listened to the end credits score so much back then hearing it in the background here felt like I went back in time
Well, we have come to the end of this "funny frog show". Looking back it's really hard to believe this cartoon sitcom about a family of talking frogs and their human guest would turn into an epic about interdimensional war. I really like that in "All In" all major characters played their part, big or small, in the victory and without one of them it wouldn't have been possible. And as for "The Hardest Thing" - I hardly saw a watcher who didn't shed at least one tear at the last goodbye between the girls and all the friends they made in Amphibia. You guys weren't the exception... And in the end I want to thank the "Sorta Stupid" team for all their "Amphibia" reaction videos. It was nice to rewatch the show with you!
Hman is right tho, highschool is supposed to prepare you and they need you to think about what you wanna do because soon after you'll have to start making choices towards that, like what are you gonna study? STEM? Literature? Art? If you don't even know that, that's gonna be a problem

31:00 The ghosts are shadowfish. Those are the things that when killed, they become ghosts and can turn back into fish using mirrors. It was seen in the sleepover episode.
I think a lot of time the more episodic parts of shows are in large part due to the company overseeing the shows wanting a show that anyone can tune into at any point as they air on TV. I know for a fact that kids ARE willing to watch story driven cartoons, you just only find purely serialized cartoons on streaming services, like with She Ra or any of the many other Netflix original cartoons. Idk why companies have to treat serialized cartoons so poorly--Kid Cosmic is a perfect example of a show that was masterfully able to utilize the streaming platform to tell a compelling story that's suitable for pretty much all audiences in a way that other traditionally serialized television can't, since they're usually more mature dramas that are only targeted towards adults like Battlestar Galactica or Breaking Bad
Amphibia will always be one of my favorite series. The whole theme of the series was that change happens and you should embrace it and what better example of change than Amphibians. All the characters even side characters having amazing character development even from hated characters to being beloved in the end. Forgot how many times I've watched the whole series but I'm sure I watched it more than 5 times.
The letter Leif wrote to Andrias tells me that they were more than just friends I think they loved each other Andrias blushes and looked away during Leifs dance, the secret messages to each other, Andrias the frist to rush to Leif after she fell to her hands and knees after the vission, the worried look on his face, Leif crying into Andrias, Andrias the one that took her betrayl the hardest and his blushing tears in his eyes and scraming her name when she left, and Leif dubbing her self as "your Leif" and her calling him my derest Andrias and saying I wish my love will reach you. Also in the painting Andrias and Leif are looking at eachother and there is a art that Matt Braly did Andrias Berral and Leif are back together and they are on his sholders and Andrias and Leif are looking at eachother. There was and still is something more than just friendship between Andrias and Leif.
41:49... Actually Miraculous is a mixed bag in terms of tone and audience. It was originally meant for kids ages 8-12 or so, but then the show ended up becoming most popular with young adults so they slowly shifted the show's tone over time to be more for teens and adults. The season 5 finale is proof enough of that where (spoilers) the main villain died in order to bring back his dead wife so his depressed son could feel happy and loved again because his father was abusive and neglectful towards him and he came to terms with his mistakes in his parenting.
when watching the last episode for the first time, it was so hard to hear that anne marcy and sasha drifted after getting back to earth, but i guess that’s why it’s called The Hardest Thing
Ngl, the ending gets to me JUST for the fact that it is indeed an ending, no backsies of any kind, let alone a teasing of possible returns, they legit don't get any hints of going back at all and everyone has to live their lives with nothing but the memories of their experience together. I feel alot of shows cheat themselves with the ending, like i love Owl House but they did that by showing that not only was Luz able to just have access to both worlds and even get a new language of glyphs. Ducktales ended casually with everyone still going, here though...it legitimately ends the adventure.
if your guys confused if anne in the ending is just a copy it's the same anne lets say this anne old body the one got destroy is like a USB god domino copy everything whats inside that old usb and transfer to a new one and that is a new body of anne that god domino created maybe this new body can handle that 3 calamity stones
34:49 Good point, but also, none of these big moments in season 2 and season 3 wouldn't work or hit nearly as hard as it does without season 1 where the groundwork was created. I think one day yall should rewatch the show, specifically season 1, and you'll probably catch the smaller story moments you missed this first time around. The show was building to all of this from the very beginning because of what's done in season 1. It really wasn't simply 'silly little adventures with no meaning/purpose'. Story is more than big crazy fights and serious reveals, and that's why Amphibia is so loved, because it shows that the lighthearted stuff still aids heavily in the story overall and lighthearted does not equal filler and unimportant.
You guys are lucky you got into the show later. You have no idea how much of a cliffhanger it was for the people who watched a new episode whenever it came out. When I saw the moon falling towards amphibia I said to myself: 7 days just end already
Sprig: So you guys spent centuries conquering other universes, developed incredibly advanced technology, and even transformed the moon into some kind of giant robot... but you never checked our planet for other continents?!! Andreas: I'm just as shocked as you... JK Actually Matt Braly did have a great explanation for that where the moon's destruction actually caused the tides to change revealing this underwater continent. He also talked about a potential idea he had for a sequel movie involving time travel so Lief and Barrel could be involved. I'd love to see Andreas meet them again and also see them meet the rest of the cast. I don't know if that's actually likely though. It was just an idea he had but it seemed like he'd want to do it if the higher ups gave him the chance.
I'm sure it's been mentioned, but the Anne "copy" that wakes up in the astral plane and gets revived had her shoe on the other foot, unlike the Anne in the entire rest of the show.
You know, in a series with talking frogs, portal-making music boxes, ten-thousand-year-old group minds, and just plain old magic...the "was it all a hoax?" is the *least* believable thing in the entire thing. Dudes, the Hollywood Hills are a *crater!* And while it's not talked about - being Disney and all - deaths from this "hoax" had to be at least in the tens of thousands.
The thing I can't figure out is...why? Why did Anne hate herself or responsibility
Agreed! *I miss her ;-;* 💙🩵✨

"Jolly good show"
When Anne said she didn't love herself...... that hit me on such a personal level when I first watched it.

Same here buddy. Matt Braley did a good job on writing her character to the point she’s the definition of a very relatable protagonist
The actual show that changed me ngl
Fun fact: She had a vision of the 3 stoned deity when she was on anesthetics after the dentist visit. Go back and check out the scene for yourself. ;)
"Domino is not just a cat; she's the alpha and omega!" Knowing how Matt loves to trick people with things that act like filler, it's bizarre to me how we never considered this (as crazy as it sounds)
Not to mention the space house is framed in a picture in tge same episode(I think, it might be during the Christmas special)
It was only one member that decided that too, as the panel only needed one vote
No offense but that was one of the dumbest decisions they ever made. Seriously such a great show but canceled way too soon
@@anthonysandoval5512 I'm pretty sure Disney regrets that decision. The second and third season had huge ratings.
I love this show so much and I'm so sad that it's gone :(
Not a lot of people talk more about how potentially Anne really did die, the one we have at the end is just a clone
Yeah she is mirror flipped, shoe on the wrong side
And probably died again when seeing the stone deity true form
I also find fascinating that in 78 years Anne becomes God of the Disney Multiverse. To me it would be interesting to see her having some 'training' or having a 'Disney goddess internship'.
Marcy mentions playing Fire Emblem (or a ripoff of it lol) earlier in the show as well
Let's be clear here.
Anne of Prometheus
@@marqueztyronfrancis1309 I know I am late, but really, you realize that what you described is still a copy. Assuming the USB is the body, transferring data is just a Copy + Delete original. Also, the entire talk between Anne and the diety makes no sense if he just resurected her. It simply would be a "Am I dead? No, I fixed you so you currently are not." The only reason why a Yes and no makes sense is because the god copied her. Og dead, the one talking to him no.
@@TrixyTrixter maybe your right
The battles were so great and epic. The finale was the most saddest episode I've watched. Thank you guys for watching Amphibia. It was truly a blessing
🐸🐸🐸😢😢😢🔥🔥🔥
I think I couldn't stop crying after the Amphibia finale
The finale still hits me in the feels to this day. Such an emotional roller coaster.
Same. It really made an impact on me. I was emotionally shaken for days. And I still feel emotional when I think about it. Not many shows have done that for me.
I cried like- 5 or so separate times during this episode, trust me you are NOT alone
I didn’t figure out what I wanted to do in life until I was a Senior in high school. I initially thought I’d be working around animals, but in truth, I actually wanted to become a professional artist/animator, which I am grateful to have pursued and continue to pursue that path.🙂
Ruff probably hates you for saying that now...
I thought I knew but I changed my mind like three times in my 20s
Samuel L. Jackson didn’t become a star until he was 43,
Stan Lee didn’t make his first comic until he was 39,
Julia Child didn’t make her first cook book until she was 50,
Susan Boyle didn’t become a name until she was 48,
And Betty White didn’t break out as a star until she was 51. That’s just to name a few people so no there is no such thing as having to know what you are going to do by a certain age.
@@jamesmoyner7499 Perfectly put! 👏
@@sadtitties222 Thank you.
Remember that scene when Anne came back from the dentist, and she was talking about Donimo being an interdemensional being?
Amphibia first season put the foundry of the show, it give us the peace before the storm, the good friendship moments that make the goodbye so heartbreaking, that's why when Anne say that the stone are not Amphibia greatest treasure we believe her, cause we saw all those characters that we love
People really need to understand that you may not live on the foundry, but you can't have a house without them
YEAHHHHHH everything about the final few amphibia episodes breaks me every time I rewatch it such a beautiful series
Because a herpetologist which requires a PhD in biology, Anne's mom dream came true
If any of you watch Chibiverse, you must’ve been just as happy as I was to hear Marcy’s voice again when Season 2 released 3 days ago 🥹💚
This reaction didn’t show it, but when I saw the Millennium Puzzle from the OG Yugioh series that was in the pile of puzzles that Marcy solved, I (a fan of the show) had the biggest smile on my face.😄
Amphibia's ending was truly one of the one's that hit me the hardest
From when it first aired to the last episode, I kept up all the time, and it really spoke to me about how sometimes, change isn't that scary as long as you have the experience to keep moving forward
Truly a fantastic show, and Matt Braly and the whole crew did splendidly
As for you guys, I'll keep watching as you dudes are legitimately funny and have really engaging conversations
It played fine for me
these 2 final episodes made me cry which is something that i never thought i would feel in a funny frog show but man they got me.
The jazzed up remix of No Big Deal was 🔥
33:00 "it just became freaking majora's mask now?! 😳"
Yes, yes it did 😂
Also my gosh, it goes to show how purely evil is the core, it refuses to accept defeat that it's willing to freaking try to destroy all of amphibia if it couldn't take over it, and just like sasha said, that stupid core is a giant sore loser, that's why it was freaking satisfying to see that thing getting destroyer 😆
Also i love that Andrias finally stood up to his dad after he realized about Lief's letter and understanding the friendship between anne, the girls and the planters 😊
All In: to this day it's one of my absolute favorite episodes from the show only being surpassed by True Colors, it just has a little bit of everything that made Amphibia so great. Heartwarming moments, good comedy, amazing fight scenes... I still say ''well hello there, sweet life giving K-pop'' every now and then at random moments lol
The Hardest Thing: to this day and including reaction videos I think I've seen this episode like... 5 times? and everytime I watch it I end up tearing up at the finale. hearing Anne's little speech at the end of it just breaks me in a way that I end up crying, even tho I know those words by heart it still manages to get me...
I started watching Amphibia pretty late (around the time Season 3A finished) but every watching every episode was such a ride, from the very simple and fun start to the anime-esque and gut wrenching finale. this show it's an instant classic to me and one of my absolute favorites that have come out of Disney. Thank you guys for watching this show, it was so much fun reliving each episode with you guys reacting to it
Remember when the plot was "How do I charge my phone!?"
I know Thai letters look weird and all, But I didn't expect you guys would've confuse it for fictional language.😂
“That’s the amphibian language.” LMAO
The timing of the release of the final episode of Amphibia was truly impeccable because it landed on a Blood Moon (and also my birthday, which was SO awesome!!)
Fun Fact
The voice of the Stones Deity is none other than Charlene Yi, who many recognize as Ruby from Steven Universe and Chloe Park from We Bare Bears
The final goodbyes still have me in tears! What a good show, I will always treasure it. Thanks for your reactions!
That's BLACKPINK during the K-Pop scene, btw. That amazing they got a song from them here!
57:05 that’s Ruby from Steven Universe. The cat.
Agreed. Amphibia is leagues beyond The Owl House.
Amphibia was at least allowed to finish the show normally, who knows how different owl house would’ve turned out if it didn’t
I found this channel from Amphibia, and now here's the end. I've grown to enjoy so many of your other videos too. Great work.
55:50 - Watching this on TV, it's at this precise moment they hit us with a _commercial break._
56:45 - Remember back at the beginning of Season 3 when Anne was loopy from the dentist and was ranting about Domino being "more than just a cat, the Alpha and Omega"?
1:01:00 - Sasha and Grime represent the entire fandom.
During covid, amphibia was the main show I watched, and someone who hated change, and like anne found this new take on the world hard, but like Anne learned to adapt and understand a crazy world, and like Anne when I let go and grow out of covid found life makes it way to young.
Thank you amphibia
Fun fact in Marcys dream we see Anne looks like Breath of the Wild link, a hero who won't give up in rescuing not only Zelda and his friends but also thw whole kindom of Hyrul similar to Anne not giving up in helping both Amphibia and her dimension, the he have sasha who looks like Edelgard from Fire Emblem: Three Houses a character who will stop at nothing until her ambitions become reality, you could say she is stubborn, but she also cares about her friends and does regret a little when things get more violent them she intended kinda like Sasha feelimg guilty about manipulating and battling Anne before
At last, the reaction to the epic finale of my most favorite Disney animated series!
Fun fact: The copy of Anne’s body (with original Anne’s consciousness ofc) has the shoe on the wrong side
Edit: You guys should read “Marcy’s Journal” it gives some inside into what Marcy did during season 1 and how the book ends is just…well…kind of mean
are those still available and where can I get one?
Only Marcy can trip on a rock in space 😂😂😂
It's why we love her
She is a real talent!
This show is my comfort show, I really enjoyed season 1, I had the time of my life with season 2, and season three made me super hype, but I will never forget the show
Frobo has the rainbow Mabel also has on one of her sweatshirts. Or def looks like it.
Seeing you guys react to this series is got me to finding your channel, can’t believe it’s come to an end.
"What's a purpose of a ladder if you can't reach it?" Well, it works great against zombies in 7 Days...
2:49 I CANNOT be the only one who sees Pepper Ann in this frame 😂
And there it is :') I love this show so much, I'm glad you all enjoyed it. I listened to the end credits score so much back then hearing it in the background here felt like I went back in time
Anne is going to be 91 when she becomes the new Guardian of the Universe.

🎵 Wherever I am you'll always be,

🎵 If I ever leave this world alive!
If you want more Amphibia content there 's a book called Marcy's Journal. It's the whole show but from Marcy's point of view
I haven’t sobbed so hard at a finale since the end of Adventure Time
This show had one of the most perfect finales I’ve ever seen

The Last Frobot: They were YOUR brothers too!
31:00 The ghosts are shadowfish. Those are the things that when killed, they become ghosts and can turn back into fish using mirrors. It was seen in the sleepover episode.
45:42 Yes, Tomotasauce did include this in Amphibia Abridged
The Guardian is voiced by Charlyne Yu btw, voice actress for Ruby in Steven Universe, Chloe in We Bare Bears. 😁
They cancelled Owl House because they thought people would hate that it got gay but found out people loved the show
Amphibia will always be one of my favorite series.
59:39 Her reflection is the blue diamond
41:49... Actually Miraculous is a mixed bag in terms of tone and audience. It was originally meant for kids ages 8-12 or so, but then the show ended up becoming most popular with young adults so they slowly shifted the show's tone over time to be more for teens and adults. The season 5 finale is proof enough of that where (spoilers) the main villain died in order to bring back his dead wife so his depressed son could feel happy and loved again because his father was abusive and neglectful towards him and he came to terms with his mistakes in his parenting.
if they were to have hung about after i think it would have made their departure a LOT more harder
when watching the last episode for the first time, it was so hard to hear that anne marcy and sasha drifted after getting back to earth, but i guess that’s why it’s called The Hardest Thing
Ducktales ended casually with everyone still going, here though...it legitimately ends the adventure.
came for owl house, stuck around ever since 🎉
The tears just flow freely. A beautiful ending to a great series.
if your guys confused if anne in the ending is just a copy it's the same anne lets say this anne old body the one got destroy is like a USB god domino copy everything whats inside that old usb and transfer to a new one and that is a new body of anne that god domino created maybe this new body can handle that 3 calamity stones
35:59 I watched all of those when I was like 4, Wizards of Waverly Place was my favorite show
34:49 Good point, but also, none of these big moments in season 2 and season 3 wouldn't work or hit nearly as hard as it does without season 1 where the groundwork was created.
This has been a wild ride, I'm thankfull for this
Does anyone know what are they watching next to replace this?
Honestly, the story in Miraculous is getting quite intense, now in season 5.
Thi is one of the few shows that have ever made me shed tears, this is one of the best Disney shows
