As you wanted, here some tips from my learning this track from guys who going nearly 4:40 like gucciwara, thicc, jugee8 and others. 2:51 you can just flew like a 90km/h this corner on third gear and shift on second before next turn. It would save you some time. But it's hard to do and not recommended if you want a stable run 7:14 you can widely enter from past corner to this. So then it will be possible to go full throttle this corner until the left one 8:50 you shouldn't shift on fourth gear here, but when breaking before nuxt turn. So, keep full throttle 10:58 using gutters next 4 turns would save you a bunch of time Your run is good thought. Just keep it up and one day you beat yourself
God, I was actually contemplating why there are no track guides for modded tracks? This is such a good concept, hope you do this from non togue maps too. I don't drive a car irl, and learning tracks have been harrowing to say the least. Thanks
It's very important to become aware of your mistakes, rather than just "trying to go faster". Most people have formed bad habits that are costing them a lot of time and if you don't clear those habits, no amount of new knowledge will improve your pace. Sometimes we must go below the limit in order to find it again, but with different driving technique. If you are interested in a personalized coaching session, DM me on Instagram. My handle is @project.pk6.
5:56 I always perceive this corner more as a late apex one. you said yourself that your strat was to hug the inside, but 6:13 there you said yourself you made a mistake that caused the rear to lose traction on corner exit. that mistake was to turn in too early
@@typicalskywars4025 yeah I just find it a bit confusing when you are doing a 90 degree turn and can t see where you going i will try it and then decide what fits me best :)
I suppose you need practice. One of my students managed to go from 5.00 to 4:48 in a couple of weeks, by understanding his mistakes and working on fixing them, instead of only trying to go fast. If you are interested in a coaching session, you can DM me on Instagram for more details! @project.pk6 - that's my Insta handle.
Hey I’m racing on my wheel in the mt akina server trying to learn how to drift the 86 cause I’m a god with the r32 but with the 86 it’s a whole nother beast can u share your setup like tire pressure dampers and ARB?
Hey there mate! The setup I use is from thicc daddy cool. You can find it in his channel here on UA-cam. However, it is a setup made for time attack and not drifting. If I want to drift I just go with the AE86 Drift Spec. If you want to learn more about drifting, you can watch our video on How to drift for beginners. You will find it in our channel. Cheers!

I think the mistake came from not being carefull enough with the throttle.
What seting turn camera when you turn wheel in first person?
Its neckFX in Content Manager
@@Fellming thank you very mutch
@@kikoon1744I dont really find neckfx useful. Makes it harder for me to identify when the car is rotating in time.
Keep it in mind

acs cars slide like butter. i can rip this in the dgl sileighty but not in the server cars
Should i slide the car just a tiny bit every corner? I was thinking if i can get my tyres hotter maybe i will be faster.
Ideally - yes, you should aim to slide a tiny bit each turn and hold the car in a neutral steer state.
Similiar for FD Spirit R? To see how the two cars differenciate, despite achieveing similiar times
The fundamentals are basically the same. The only difference comes from your inputs. The FD is more forgiving due to the higher grip amounts.
I thought Akina had 5 consecutive hairpins
where can u get this map?
Ive added a link in the video description.
So no drift ? Did initial d lie to us ?
You can drift, if you watch good laps they slide the car a bit, its specially good when you dont have tyre blankets
I don't know, do i overdrive or why do i get 4:53-4:52 times?
I suppose you need practice.
