It has already been explained that philheath doesn't need subsidy because they have big budget that they have to spend and increase the benefits of the members and that was already investigated by the congress and senators . And it was also explained by the philheath secretary that they have enough funds for payment of debts to hospitals and for their members and non members. kasi if they be given subsidy yun lng ang gamitin nila and what will happen to the budget they have. So better used all the budget they have kasi hindi talaga sila maubusan.
