I bought it brand new at the end of 2005 and sold it mid 2008. It was the most stable bike I have driven. It was comfortable and sporty, Edgy radical front design was not for everyone. But light were great. It had many electrical problems. Most of them were covered by warranty.
Well... I'm sad they've stopped their production of these bikes. I love the look they have, somethin' unconventional of course, but an amazing style between Sport, GT and Trail. I'd have loved to buy one of them... Guess I'm gonna have to go for a R1200RT or a F800ST... Saaaad.
I've got one too. What a great bike and v sad the BMW stopped making them. A well kept secret. Mine gets used 12 months of the year regardless of weather.
Want to bu another one? I have a 1/05 model, 4,500 miles. Looks new. I dont like it at all. Thats why it's so low milage. Not willing to sell for less than 10 grand.
Finally got mine ! Of course it's a second hand as BMW stopped the production of that wonderful bike. And jeez, I must admit, riding it is pretty much like the vidz shows... it-is-ab-so-lu-te-ly-aw-so-me !!
Awesome bike. I've had mine for 12 months now and ride it hard whenever I can. The wife and I go touring from time to time and she nearly goes to sleep on the back. Best alround bike I've owned.

Hi DevinRAR,
The helmets are BMW's own System 6 range, hope that helps.
I loved the music, googled for it but find nothing. if anyone knows the name of the music, please let us know we all will be glad
I just love the bikes

I asked BMW Motorad who does the song. They said they'd do research, took two weeks and came back to me with nothing. Hmmmm.

Ha ha they copied Linkin Park's sound, but badly.
Sounds like a complete rip off of Linkin Park's Faint. I don't think this artist of this vid deserves any credit.
