Like the theme - childhood book "Mrs Frisby and the rats of NIMH" seems a possible source for "smart rats". I like having lots of options and the 7 card automa deck that is shuffled each turn makes it impossible to know what the bot will do.
Glad you liked it! Did you know that the wheel will work just fine if you put the lower screw part from above (nothing under)? It stays put without having to screw and unscrew!

I did what Andrew Platt did - slotted a small round magnet into the board and on the wheel. Works really well, no problem with the screw anymore.
