Awesome video! That weather definitely sucks, but it’s also so beautiful at the same time. I was on Noonmark 2 days before this, had a great time, it was my very first ‘winter’ hike
The best part of your videos is how they are real!! Love it!! Great videos as always, and you give great guiding on equipment etc!! Love those crazy weather days!❤️
I Just did Marshall Via Avalanche Pass with my 12 year old son in the first week of November and it was the same wet and snowy conditions as this crazy in November!
Love it! Did the MacIntyre range and caught the sunrise on Wright the same week. the snow/ice makes it a challenge for sure, but the epic views are worth it!!!!
How do you hike the same mountains over and over and over , the high peaks over and over! There is so much remote wilderness but you hike that same peaks over and over.
@@tdg223 Thank you for your comment. I understand how hiking the same peaks repeatedly might seem puzzling, but for me, it’s something profoundly different. I’ve developed a connection with each of these mountains that feels almost like a soulmate bond-they’re my brothers and sisters in a way, and I know them more intimately than 99.9% of people ever will. This connection is what keeps me coming back; it’s like food and water for my soul, fueling my passion. I’ve explored hundreds of miles around other parts of the Adirondacks, not just the High Peaks, and I have so much more to discover here. Living here is a choice, one that lets me dive deeper into this place I love. And over the years, I’ve come to respect every individual’s desire to recreate here in their own way, as long as they protect and honor these mountains and stand by their virtues. I plan to spend my life here, raising my family, and continuing to discover the incredible places this land holds.
How can you not keep hiking the Adks high peaks or wherever? That should be the question! When these mountains get into your soul you can’t stay away!❤
Such a beautiful hike, overall atmosphere and scenery are unmatched here! Bravo my friend!

Also, nice touch with the Stewart’s Hat.
What kind of boots you wearing nowadays? (For this snowy hike)
Thanks again!
I've been wearing the same boots every winter since 2020. Oboz Bridger Warm
you should ice climb some slides during the winter
I went into the bog on a fall day. Tried to dry my boots off at the lean too like a noob and melted the bottoms!
Do post winter hikes mean hot chocolate at Stewart's?
I've never known you to be a fair weather hiker.
