Totally love T'pau.. I've been a fan ever since their first album. Seen them live quite a few times, most recently in 2009 when Carol played a gig in my town, along with Toyah Wilcox, and a few others. The gig was free but I would of gladly paid though if needed!! To top it all off I got to meet Carol after the gig. Stupidly I didn't take anything to get signed because I didn't think I'd get to meet her! I did get my photo with her though which to me is priceless :-D
This slightly slow version is absolutely brilliant. You can really sing along to it.evan my Canadian Salli, Pam, can understand it. Cos of the accent Carol is an awesome singer not many other singers come even close to her level
@Mysterywhiteboy78 That's cool! I don't think the band got as much praise as they deserved. I mean if you mention T'Pau to anyone, they can probably only think of Carol Decker. A lot of their tracks were keyboard orientated too. If you's ever see Mike to speak to, tell him from me how amazing he is!! lol :-)
Ive been looking for this performance for ages!! Just something about her in this i love!
This is the best version of one of the 80's best songs, full stop.
I'l never forget Carol Decker...nostalgia!!
Such a great song and voice! Takes you to a world of love, natural order and peace. The guitar(3:47) is another great icing to the cake.
Carole Decker, this voice, this appearance - a gift from ...
There are no words to describe hearing this beautiful song after so many years. So many memories......
Thanks for posting this

@xxmattyreynolds92xx
Wow its pretty cool that you can just walk into his shop to see him !!

sure is :)
Checking this out because of Gary Barlow's comment on X Factor. I am not a fan (of either) but she definitely sang this in tune.
Forgot to add.. I prefer this live version more than the studio. Mainly because I love Deans solo on guitar, rather than the studio saxophone version.
Why they didn’t bring a saxo for those performances?
This version rocks! Record version uses Sax solo instead of guitar. Good song T'pau.
Wonder if the audience realised the future classic before them.
02:08-02:14 - that's the harmony part...
This song was written by 'susan brayfield' it was stolen from her then friend carol decker please spread this message
Hmmm. I cordially invite you to show me the evidence. Because Google certainly was not able to do so.
why did u feel it was so imporatant that people know the guitarist was your uncle? lol
i bet u wouldn't throw her out of your bed.
Terrific tune but download the lyrics and they are a load of bollocks.
