It was a Broly Cheelai and Lemo showcase and they did their job, so I must say they are still pretty good with some orb changers.

Honestly even outside of their categories I've managed to run Broly Trio on other teams with no leader skill where they function basically as a link battery for character's with Brainiacs and Shocking Speed to good effect; just having other Rainbow orb changers around outside of Cheelai is unironically effective considering that the value of this unit isn't in what they themselves are doing, but what they do in terms of not getting hit and supporting. I love throwing this unit on a team that happens to have a ton of orb changers like Earth-Bred Fighters and Movie Heroes
I've also noticed some pretty sick tech for them with Giant Forms, too, where if you're in a spot where you wanna use the Giant Form for damage you can collect orbs with Broly Trio before using it and they won't need 7 orbs after you leave it to dodge. It's pretty sick.

Now that I think about it he made the correct play. So check this out. We saw Pan take like 100k per normal after supering and she took 3 normals in slot 1. If she were to be in slot 3, she would be taking more normals along with the AoEs and the friend doesn’t have dodge (probably) and he was also still able to get 7 orbs with the LR Trio. If he was going to live he would HAVE to put either Cheelai or LR Trio in slot 2 cus Pan HAS to be in slot 1. Knowing damn well it’s the showcase unit he wasn’t gonna float off the LR Trio so to continue the run, his best bet was Pan slot 1, LR Trio slot 2, and Cheelai slot 3
