This can happen, when the hormones are out of balance. If it happens prior to every cycle, it would be important to learn what specifically the imbalances are in your body, and with your hormones, to help you obtain a solution, so that you can feel better, on a monthly basis. Let me know if you would like to discuss this further, as I may be able to help you with this. Thanks for your response....

They say that it is hard to get an accurate result. The only thing they check is the thyroid or estrogen levels in menopausal women who are on HRT 🤷🏽‍♀️
Also, I have Epilespy and can only take progesterone in the coil. But how can they just give me progesterone when they can't even check my hormones? What if my progesterone is high? This can happen, this specific symptom for any woman, prior to their period... it is more common for women, as they are getting older, and the female sex hormones are declining... but it can happen for any women, including young women, and teenaged girls. If you would like to discuss this further, and how to help you find a solution, please let me know. Thanks

I am 45 and ive been experiencing debilitating vomitting, inflammatory arthritis, gum abscesses and severe facial oedema, with acute bronchitis and sinus infections 1 week before my periods. I have taken so much time off work every month, about to lose my job due to this premenstrual autoimmune chaos 1 week before a period. Doctors dont believe me, it is horrendous and Ive never been so depressed in all my life because no one believes me. I have so many photos of severe angioedema, gum abscesses and bloating prior to periods, and yet no one still believes me. Is anyone experiencing this? Please help, this isnt just fatigue, this is similar to an anaphylactic reaction every 3 weeks, I have to use ventolin to breathe as my airways even close up 1 week before my period. My diet never changes, my exercise level never changes. Anyone going through the same thing?

Ozempic/ GPL-1 supports can help some, but it is not a solution for all/ many women. Insulin is best regulated through consistent ( but not high intensity, only moderate) levels of exercise, proper sleep, and products such as ALA and Berberine. The gut/gut microbiome also need to be balanced, to keep both insulin and glucose balanced….
