@@adambrowning8826 I actually owned all-star as well for high school. I'm gonna be honest the Nike chest protector is way better then the all-star chest protector. The Nike chest fits perfectly around my body and the shoulder pads don't actually disrupt your throwing motion. Now the Shin Guards, I think Nike has shin guards that fit amazing but all-star has that special gel for your knees that supports your knees more effectively than the Nike chin guards. Nike also has some gel like thing on the shin guards but it is not as good as all-star. I think either shin guards are fine. If you want to look sharp, choose Nike. Overall, I love my Nike Gear and prefer it over all-star. But, I do wear an all-star hockey style mask. Definitely recommend a all-star hockey style mask with the Nike Gear.
