Revv was looking to create an amp that sits between their Generator 120 and the G20. The result was this feature-packed G50. It’s a 3-channel monster that includes many of the features found in the 120, but at a more affordable price. It dropped today for $2,099.

Just bought the G50 based on the playing & tones in this video. 3 incredible tones & if it sounds this good with NO FX, things will only get better. The playing is outstanding & nice to hear straight from the Amp Designer too. A++

Maybe I'm tone Def, and perhaps it's different in person, but it seems like most amps sound the same these days save for a few such as Fryette and a few other boutique names.

I really wish Revv amps had good clean channels. They’re so bad. They’d be the perfect amp for me if the cleans were better. Even in the video he says “real clean”, as there’s a little crunch on it. lol.
The recording input is obviously clipping there because they set it up with the gain channels and the clean has less compression.

Hope it’s better than the G20! The G20 was one of the worst modern amps that I’ve ever owned.

Another useless amp with channel 1 and 2 that shares the same eq. Garbage.
I used to think shared EQ was stupid. Then I played an Engl Blackmore sig and found out it was me that's stupid. You...might be too! : )
