yeah that taming effectiveness is that way with the rock elementals, I've tamed around 20 of them and you can't avoid it. I think it might be splash damage from the cannon ball exploding after it goes unconscience but there just isn't any other feasible method to knock it out

Quick tip if a lot of tames want a walk for imprint whistle follow all it’ll be easier to walk them if you do them all at the same time
Keegan Krukoski Have you fucking seen how many Dino’s this dude has? He would have to be where he has no other Dino’s , because moving them back would be a pain in the ass
The reason why the golems have a little less effectiveness is due to the cannon ball that knocks it out, it does like 2 seconds worth of damage after its knocked
the cannon give xtra damage on the last shot because the splash, thats the reason of less effectiveness, best way was tek tapejara, but devs removed torpor as u know for sure.

You have to do it during x2 taming to get better effectiveness for rock golems. It's so dumb but it works
I'm on a 5x taming server and I get the same 90 percent effectiveness. Have you successfully achieved 100 percent taming effectiveness?

Try using a Tapejara to knock them out its less hassle and it only takes a couple of element

The point of being in k mode is that you can move round and look a the placement of the object

The miscalculation is off because you have to get the last hit with a boulder as the cannon causes too much damage

I have done some testing on single. Stegos got around 30% reduction in its plates reapers 80% in its whole body pachys got 90% in the head and golems got 95% in its whole body

Can you use a catapult on golems? I know if you use a cannon on crabs you lose a lot of effectiveness so maybe it’s the same with golems.
My question is.. Do you have a specific time to record?? Like you make a vid run around the whole base and no one else is there except you xd
Nah put a bench full of weight body right there because there is so many vaults people are going to want to take heavy loads of things up and out the base so instead they can just use a wright body and it will be usefull
Its probably similar to the karkinos. If yoy knock it out with a cannon you lose more taming effectiveness compared to using a catapult
You should find golems with higj health we found lvl 90 with 34k health ( wild stats ) best for cloning

The reason it’s at 90% is because the cannon has splash damage after it gets knocked out it takes damage from the cannon balls splash damage
Just before the golem throws it then shoot it with the cannon so it cancels the rock toss
The vault room should be called the locker room

Day time does make everything die. His cliff base is exactly at the edge of where stuff starts to melt. That was why he checked how long till day time, before he parked his rock drake out there.

You need to hit the Golem by your own before you knock it out (we always do this with a pumpgun) to start with 100% taming effectiveness
