  • Although it originated as a dapping fly, the Loch Ordie is a great fly for loch style fishing anywhere. There are loads of variants and they all work on their day, the blue ordie applies that popular colour scheme to the platform and it does not disappoint. It's as effective as they come for wild browns on the lochs and while it's probably most popular on the Orkneys and Shetlands, it'll take fish anywhere that you can find them.
