    A buddy and I drove 4 hrs overnight to Gulf State Pier for a weekend of camping and fishing surf and pier. 500am we're at the tackle shop picking up some bait and supplies and a rod and reel I had built and spooled. Waiting on them to open. We decided to get ready for daybreak. My tackle box got left on the steps at the house. Been there....

      what kinda fish do they have in Maine?

    • @kinlinkollective
      @kinlinkollective 2 роки тому

      @@LucasGLopez1 typically fishing off of the Jetti or beach we go for striped sea bass and blue fish but smaller mackerel and pollock are a popular take home for fish and chips. On a boat you can catch a range of halibut, cod, haddock, hake, cusk and sometimes a tuna, monkfish (which is one of my favorites) and shark

    Dude Hey just a little advice something I did when I used to live down there And I still do it now keep a little small crushed able Box In the truck at all times we'd like 4 or 5 lewers that you really like And some basic stuff like hooks leaders that sort of thing In case the bite turns on and we need to go headed after work I do the same thing up here now with bass instead of saltwater gear
