I hope they do something about diamond bear models in the future to make them very obvious. Giving a bigger model to large 8s through 1000 diamonds would be sweet. I absolutely love my diamond blonde Brown Bear, but by just looking it could be a level 2 female of a 990 male. It would make lodges just better looking overall.

In the next update with the African lodge they're adding the score when you look at an animal so you will be able to tell what score those coyote's are.

Would you recommend a population reset, since i can't play multiplayer due to slow internet, and i want to find a diamond fallow? I think i have killed more fallow deer than any other animal in the game and still can't get one to spawn on my map.

Yeah. It can make a huge difference on your map. I've done them across the board to great success. Typically if I'm going for a specific species, I'll scorch the Earth, decimate the population of males and if all the respawns tend to suck at the big zones, pop reset. I think sometimes you can just get looped into super shitty herds spawning where everything is a 3 or small 4. I had 8 diamonds before doing pop resets and after I started doing them, I'm at triple that.

I was playing for 6 months and killed maybe 20 diamonds, then i stopped playing for a few months when college started back up and started playing again a few weeks ago and have killed another 20. Maybe its a coincidence but stopping and not playing for a few months seems to have added a lot of diamonds to my maps.
