The Actor's Charitable Theatre presents "Here on Who" from their Spring 2018 production of Seussical at the Bama Theatre in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. Here Kazarious Brown as Mr. Mayor, Grace Connor as Mrs. Mayor, and Joey Lay as Horton the Elephant meet for the first time.
