Bakery Style Jumbo Double Chocolate Muffins

Bakery Style Double Chocolate Muffins
Makes 7 muffins
Ingredients:
- 2 eggs
- 90 g oil
- 90 g sour cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 43 g cocoa powder
- 120 g all purpose flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- pinch of salt
- 180 g chocolate chips
- extra chocolate chips + crystal sugar for on top of the muffins (optional)
Bake for 5 minutes at 415° F then 12 minutes on 350° F for a bigger muffin top.
