Been around long enough to remember Gigi meeting Minnie. That was SO sweet and magical, made me cry looking forward to that moment with my own future kids 😢
At 39:00 --- Oh my gosh, I started crying just now when you showed baby Jessica and baby Tyler (ok, Jess & Tyler IN THE BEGINNING) with your Prince and Princess balloons! I don't know why -- I guess I just love you guys and feel happy whenever I see your videos -- you bring JOY into the world and Lord knows we need that more and more now. XOXO!
I was talking to a cast member about how she was a huge Disney fan before working for the company. When I asked if it she lost any of the magic by working there, she compared it to the magic of Christmas. It's magical as kids, but there is something so much more special being the one who creates it.
I hope this doesn’t sound too weird but I have the vlog of Gigi meeting Mickey and Minnie saved to a “watch this when you’re sad playlist” bc it is the cutest thing ever and always brightens my day!!! It brought tears to my eyes watching it the first time!! They were so incredibly sweet to y’all❤️
You guys are the best!! "Mickey smoking a cigarette"LOLOLOLOLOL We did the Keys to the Kingdom tour last spring and it was AMAZING!! I may have to do it several more times though because there was sooooooo much information. There is no way I could remember everything they told us. We look forward to your podcasts! Thank you for what you do.
Waking up to this was the perfect Monday morning. Sitting watching with my coffee in my Mary Poppins mug. I think blue Nana needs to come on an episode !
The Gigi with Minnie and Mickey made me cry so hard. Had a Minnie in Disneyland hold my daughter when she was two months old. She was in a Minnie Costume and she reached out and grabbed Minnie's nose. So that vlog made me think of my now 22yo as a baby. So that was my most memorable Disney vlog you have posted.
Ooooo, yes! We need Disneyville Podcast MERCH! Request: please do women's or slimmer cut t-shirts, if you do them, rather than only the men's cut (giant rectangles and too long for me, lol!). THANK YOU!
Would love to see a Disney pins video! I’m wanting to get into pins and possibly pin trading on our visits to the parks but have no idea where to start
As a CM working for Disney does not kill the magic! I’ve been here since 2018 and will be leaving the company this year (after finishing law school). I have absolutely loved it and recommend anyone who wants to work here to do it!
On the language barrier question, I went to Tokyo Disney almost 10 years ago and had no issues! Everyone spoke english or you could get by with pointing/Google translate. Tokyo as a city in general was also easy to navigate, I think it becomes harder outside of the big cities
Former entertainment cast member here: the magic doesn’t fade, it just changes. I don’t look at Walt Disney World through the same rose-colored lens as I once did, but I do look at it with such a bigger, deeper love now because I know I got to be part of something so so special. ✨
There’s an impossible meat cooked with Asian spices and pickled onions and radishes, and it taste like meat and it’s sooo delicious. It’s in Epcot usually during the Food & Wine festival 🤤🤤 funny enough is not in Asia though it’s right at the beginning before Canada
I love this episode! Please do these every so often. I have an annual pass this year and I’m really not sure if I’m going to renew when it’s up in May. I will say though my cousins who are going with me on our next trip bought the 4 day ticket no park hopper in February and that was $650! That’s like half of my annual pass so that did make me feel like it’s worth it for 3 or more trips. Also I had a good friend who worked at Disney and it definitely lost some magic for her, it was during Covid so that also could have played a role, but I know I would not want to work there and risk ruining the magic.
I don’t work for Disney, but we moved to Florida (hour-ish drive from Disney) about 2 years ago, and it DEFINITELY loses some magic going so often (we go once a week). I do miss the vacation feeling that Disney used to have. There’s still plenty of magical moments for sure, but it mostly feels like going to the local movie theater or a favorite restaurant. 😂🤷🏼♀️
ahah yep! As a Floridian myself, Disney is more like the place to go to walk around if you have nothing else to do. So many birthdays and school trips there, that it just becomes nothing super special
The mini golf is amazing!!! We took our grandkids age 4 and 3 and they loved it! Obviously they just hit the ball for fun and we did the same. Do it! We have done both and winterland is the best! Pro tip: make a reservation!
Tyler & Jess: May I just say I LOVE the intro to this podcast (on UA-cam)! The music is so magical, the images are magical -- seeing your happy faces in the parks is magical . . .LOVE IT. Makes me happy just to play the intro! XO!
Would love to hear your individual “Disney Stories”™️ meaning how you each truly fell in love with Disney in general and the parks. Also just curious - where did all of your old Disney vlogs go?? They were such comfort videos and I loved seeing “classic Disney” 🥹
I can’t go to Disney World without getting a Mickey ice cream sandwich at some point on my trip! I also agree with Toppolino’s Terrace!! Absolutely loved getting breakfast there on my last trip!
I went mini golfing when I was there in September! We used the coupons they send with the luggage tags so it was free! I’m assuming they still do those coupons!!
I’m glad they updated country bear Jamboree, even though I have always loved it. I think because of my last name even though it’s spelled differently. I just don’t want them to close it down like they did in Disneyland.
Ou I saw someone suggest a “ no budget trip “, how about a low budget Disney trip. Fun things to do that are maybe free or ideas on what’s really worth spending the extra money on
Great podcast especially on this day. Anywho, as a family of three, five hours from Disney World, we usually go twice a year. AP is not worth it for us. Mainly because we enjoy the resorts and spend more time there (hello naps for all) than the parks. But yes, we want Blue Nana on a show!
Former cm of 12 years in California. I worked in foods at a location in ca adv that is no longer there for a year, character dept for 6 years and in charge of safety for ca adv parades for 5 years. I wouldn’t say I lost the magic but it’s changed, instead of feeling like I’m experiencing the magic, I now get that feeling of being there with friends and family as they experience it. Plus the park and company always changes so there’s new things to get the magic from. I now have a newborn adopted daughter and can’t wait to experience thr magic through her eyes
Do we think they’ll use the lightning mcqueen academy building for the muppets show? How hard could it be to move that and the miss piggy statue over there? Just saying 🤷🏻♀️
I use to live close and my child grew up as a Florida pass holder. Now I’m PA and probably won’t go back until grandkids, yes please, do a spoiler alert for the next one. Thanks.
I loved this episode. If you ever want to take the girls out of school & go I say go Labor Day week. The longest we ever wait is 20 minutes & it’s hot but not summer hot. 100/10 recommend. We’ve gone that week the last 3 years.
Just curious -- I thought the vlog with Jess's 10k that came out yesterday was filmed in November 2024? Is that right? (A tidge confuzzled because you guys keep saying "when we were there recently." but of course "recently" could be November... and there was a Run Disney event in January 2025, so that's what has me confused. Not that it really matters . . . lol!)
Shhh, but when my kids were little, some school absences were necessary in order to have a few glorious days at Disney, no huge crowds, good weather, and cheaper prices. Of course all the work missed was made up 🤣
Jessica and Tyler, I know nothing about Disney, I’ve never been to Disney, but I just love listening to you guys talk. I got so excited seeing this pop up even though I genuinely don’t know what some of it means! 😂 Much love from Korea!!
I'd love to see a "no budget dream disney trip" - where you stay, what you do, eat, experiences, what you buy etc.
Oh I love this idea!!!
Love this idea!!!
Fourthed!!
I’d love the opposite? Lol 😂 give me the cheapest options you all would recommend
Yes!!!!
Been around long enough to remember Gigi meeting Minnie. That was SO sweet and magical, made me cry looking forward to that moment with my own future kids 😢
SAME!!!!
Oh me too! Thanks for the reminder, that was precious!
Same!
Thank you for bringing joy and happiness to an otherwise depressing day!! No tv in this house today. On the other hand, Happy MLK Day.

When y’all posted that vlog of GiGi meeting Minnie, I cried. It was such a precious moment for y’all.

The Vlogs from your Egypt trip are so phenomenally well done. It makes you feel like your on the trip with you both.
Waking up to this was the perfect Monday morning. Sitting watching with my coffee in my Mary Poppins mug.
I think blue Nana needs to come on an episode !
Brilliant idea! The first guest!
@ when they talked about her going on a solo trip, the idea popped into my head.
Such a fun idea! Blue Nana for sure knows Disney! 💙
Yes, please consider this! This is such a good idea since she seems like a diehard Disney fan ❤ plus she is so fun and she lowkey likes the camera 😂

Are you guys gonna make Disneyville merch? I swore I saw Jessica wearing a sweatshirt. 😊
Ooooo, yes! We need Disneyville Podcast MERCH! Request: please do women's or slimmer cut t-shirts, if you do them, rather than only the men's cut (giant rectangles and too long for me, lol!). THANK YOU!

Would love for yall to talk about the AP and the breakdown. I know you skimmed the surface but I’m in the fence of renewing as well. Mine ends in May.

Next time you go to Orl definitely checkout Winter Park! Great food, you can walk around the park with the girls, such a nice area.

Jessica I've been trying to figure out who you resemble and it finally clicked you look just like Emmy Rossum!!
I’ve never noticed that until now!!
but her voice sounds just like Miley Cyrus!
Excited to watch this instead of the other crazy thing that will be on TV today!
SAME!
Oh!! I LOVE this comment. Me too. Dressing in all black today as well.
Agreed!!!
But you will be able to take more trips to Disney because you will have more money in the bank with a far better economy! 😂😂😂
You guys totally should stay at AKL again! My sister is starting her job soon as a recreation CM at that resort! (She’s so lucky lol)

What happened to the Disneyland Paris vlogs? 😢 I loved rewatching the honeymoon videos!
We had an amazing character experience at Hollywood & Vine also! Such great memories ❤️
Thanks for thoughtfully answering my question! We just booked our trip and actually picked Pop Century. Skyliner FTW!
The mini golf is amazing!!! We took our grandkids age 4 and 3 and they loved it! Obviously they just hit the ball for fun and we did the same. Do it! We have done both and winterland is the best! Pro tip: make a reservation!

Love your q and a. What channel were you talking about near the 3 min mark, Jessica?

Tyler. I love the hat. I need it right now. Where can I buy it? 😁❤️
Saw it at American Eagle!

I still wish they would’ve ran with Goofy movie retheme for rockin roller coaster
I'm sad that muppet vision is going away. I'm actually crying. Why why whyyyyyyyyy!!!!!.😢 😭
