    You can see here where experience has paid dividends in knowledge. Like others have stated sound quality is bad, makes up for it in content.

    Hope some business leaders watch this, they could learn the 3 strategies and actually learn to get people excited.

    I watched this thinking about now and then (when the talk was done) and reading about how so many have moved away from real stores and malls. Maybe what he speaks of will help save their businesses, because they are going to have to change how they do business.

    Cristal clair yes how many leaders in emerging countries and markets are so pleased to talk about their perfect strategy and when you see them one year later you ask them about it , they would complain that unfortunately they don’t have the right people to implement it and they are se rounded
    with lousy people they don’t admit that is their job to get through with the team

    I understand what he says about leadership is to blame for a lot of failures, but isn't part of the problem too many non-leaders are leading? Like accountantns and mbas that have no people skills?

    95% dont know their companies strategy, I think the issue is the company doesnt really care what their employees know...
