Sorry to say our brains are programmed to some sociological and Technological factors that we can't leave. Just like sir Sahil said we need to change our lifestyles and also our kids.

It is so true. I've just been talking to a guy and we were talking about the same thing that how time is flowing like crazy nowadays.
I remember when in childhood we friends used to play games in evening and that evening was so much enough to make us tired and now the time goes like some fast car because of dopamine because in childhood we were tilted towards organic lifestyle.
A really eye opening session. Sahil Adeem is one of those rare people who is trying to knock some sense into the upcoming generation. May his efforts be fruitful, AMEEN.
A suggestion to the people handling the technical aspects of the podcast: do some sound proofing of the room you are sitting in. That echo is so irritating. Putting a filter on the sound after the fact makes it sound very suppressed. Or you could use dynamic microphones which help suppress background noise.

Message is great, but i would like to request Sahil sahab to be careful while quoting examples from Quran and Hadith. As he some what talk too fast and too much and there is a possibility of mistakes and misquotes. Baqi Allah Behtar Karega, Mayoosi gunah hey.
