As an ibaloi this was a sad part of our history …. If someone used to wear Black and white, it means they’re poor there was a huge caste system gap in the Benguela culture in the olden times. There was also problems within sub tribes in Benguet it’s not the case nowadays. Some poor families got rich because of gold.
