You are a very brave Lad, Roof!! With all that snow around, I think I would wait for Summer to arrive, but you made it look nice and cosy once the fire was up and running! I recognise; "Pork Belly Slices" for Dinner! The same as I use for my; "Spaghetti Alla Grecia" Meals, for a little touch of Italy!...LOL...! You also made it into a healthy Stew, with vegetables! A wonderful video Roof, and some excellent Photography and Cooking! Well done. I thoroughly enjoyed it! Looking forward to some more! Take care!.....😊....😊....!

Unroof👍👍 Hardcore bike camping in freezing temperatures, brave and dedicated guy. Saddlebags look great, seem to work great also. Maybe need a quick mount/dismount bracket incorporated somehow, would be interesting to build. Really like the set up, tarp/tent and fire stand are minimal but quite good, I would add another tarp(larger)just in case. Great filming skills as always, well done. Thanks for the trip, enjoyed much. See you next time.
