If course it's really good to be in high vibrational level because it simply makes you feel great, self-concept is important af, but in order to manifest you do not need all of that. Law of assumption exists for a reason and if you assumed walking barefoot would help you manifest your desires, it will definitely help, but this method itself has nothing to do with manifestation.

crazy manifestation story i want to share! i was writing a letter to my future self and i put $5 in the letter and told my future self to buy herself a coke slushee. my mom came home an hour later and gave me a half finished large coke slushee. my mom went to the gas station and there were no size small cups so she got a size large. all of the slushee flavors were out of order except for coke. she couldnt finish the large slushee so she gave it to me. my jaw and heart literally dropped when she handed it to me. i have no clue why i told my future self in the letter to spacifically buy a coke slushee, but something told me to write that. your manifestation comes so quickly when you dont care about the end result or 3D. my life is full of miracles!!!

Rita, I followed your manifestation practices for ONE NIGHT. The next morning I was offered a spot at my marina that I was rejected from months ago and got put on a waiting list with over 100 people ahead of me. Somehow they randomly selected me on the list to fill in someone who abandoned their spot so now I have my own dock for this summer! Then I found out my favorite bands are going to be a lollapalooza, and I got FREE tickets with a huge % off an amazing hotel room.
I think the big thing that people have to understand is you need to truly feel what it's like to get whatever it is that you uniquely want. You know what you want deep down but there's something inside of us that tries to limit us. Just fucking OWN that thing and feel what it's like to be, and get exactly what's already INSIDE OF YOU!

Since watching this video I lost 1kg, my appetite decreased, my skin cleared very much, my friend is so nice and supportive gives me so much attention we limoges each other haha, I was motivated to read books, I earn money I feel more confident and pretty, I don't worry that much and I am in a good and healthy mindset :) I will edit this comment as I will manifest more

I called a friend that grew up here she said omg do you know who that is?!? He’s the richest man in this city! She said he has generational wealth and he is an investor. She said you should call him! I also had people bending over backwards to get out of my way at stores and in traffic. People being so overly nice to me I’m telling you Rita knows her stuff!

Today I looked at a crow in a tree and manifested it to fly down as a “sign” that SP is my boyfriend, living in that end state and feeling as if I have him. The 3D is always conforming because just as I thought the bird wouldn’t fly down it swooped down low like I envisioned it would and swooped above my head flying the opposite direction. Starting small with manifestations really shows-I did this with free food at a certain point but it’s so cool, and then I realized oh for bigger, more ‘life-changing’ things, it might take a little longer because those things are going to come to us in the perfect way. Love ya Rita, and tysm for your positive energy and authentic perspective. You’re a refreshing person and I honestly rewatch these rants even if I don’t feel the greatest. 💜💜

I also had a crush on this girl in my school and her actions showed me that she did too so I was manifesting her for months but after a few months when i saw her recently i noticed her change in behaviour towards me and i also found out she was talking about me in a degrading way to others which shocked me and broke my heart, it's like manifesting did the opposite of what it was supposed to do so I gave up. Last year, when I first heard about manifestation, I didn't know anything about it but I desperately needed to know as I saw my life fall apart right before me. Right then and there, like a prayer being answered I saw your channel explaining everything I needed to hear and believe. Although I became busy, I unfortunately started loosing control over my life, I never ever doubted in my self concept or the capability of manifesting anything in my life. Even though I wasn't a consistent watcher for your channel, a lot of things you've said were ingrained in me. Last week, I had 2 exams in which I hadn't studied for. I saw your channel again about exams. I followed everything even with the instant inspirations that I had and didn't. In the test, it was as if every single question was for me. Yesterday I was at a family reunion and then one of my cousins who is a male mentioned something about his Play Station console.
Which is weird because I've want to manifest my PS5 for so long now.
At the moment, not gonna lie I felt a little tiny bit jealous.
But now that I think about it in a more "Higher Sense of Being" now, maybe it was a sign my manifestation for the PS5 is coming? I dunno.

Every time I think to myself “I want a chocolate”, my husband brings one home to me after work. I am shocked every time, even though it has happened so many times.
