Today, I spent the day working on editing videos and taking you along on my day in between. I took the French Dressing recipe out of the Virta Recipe section on the website and made it so I could have Virta Ranch and Virta French dressings in the fridge ready to go. For the meals I made taco salad for lunch using the greens I had and chicken vegetable soup for dinner.

No, I do not filter the water. I love taking my drive every day. My garden will be revisited tomorrow for a second replanting.

I’m not diabetic but I am an RN 40 yrs & crazy when it comes to anything medical and our wonderful language. Lol
