The major city is Phoenix but Goodyear and all the surrounding cities are suburbs of it. To get to downtown Phoenix would be about 30-45ish minutes depending on traffic and time of day. Each suburb has conveniences around it. Are you looking for anything in particular? Yes the models are usually upgraded about $50k+ BUT keep in mind, I can negotiate for you a great price on a 'quick move-in'. Quick move-ins do not all have the same upgrades, so sometimes we can get you a great deal on one. Let us know your timeframe and we will get it done for you.
