Endocrine Disruptors: Hidden Factors in Obesity Risk

I have gotten my type 2 down to 6.0 A1C then got Covid again aug 2024 and my A1C is up to 7.9, liver function high (never has been) and high blood pressure. Any thoughts on how to counter act these findings if Covid was the reason? I also have post Covid since march 2022…
