I used to feel proud of my thick and beautiful hair, and I loved styling and showing it off. But when I turned 28, I noticed that my hair was getting thinner and falling out more than usual. I tried many different hair oils, shampoos, and conditioners, but nothing worked. This made me feel sad and frustrated.
I decided to do some research to find out why my hair was falling out. I learned that there are many reasons, like stress, not eating the right foods, and changes in hormones. So, I knew I had to take a smart approach to solve my hair problem.
First, I changed my diet. I started eating healthy foods like leafy greens, nuts, and eggs. I also made sure to drink plenty of water every day. My hair started to look and feel healthier, but I wanted to do more.
I found out that coconut oil and onion oil can help nourish the hair and scalp. So, I started using these natural remedies. I also learned to be gentle when brushing and styling my hair. I used a wide-tooth comb and tried not to use hot tools too much.
I also realized that stress can make hair fall out. So, I started doing things to relax and calm down. I practiced yoga and meditation, went for long walks in nature, and did things that made me happy.
