Thanks for your kind words of appreciation Tejas.
@@codebasics could you also make a video on the selection of H1B based on wage levels ?
Thank you so much for this content, so so insightful!!!
excited for this🤩
I have been following your channel for almost 2 months now, content is very helpful and informative . Sir, could you please make a video comparing the pros and cons of doing ms in CS and data science(US)?and pls do cover all aspects starting from uni fee to job opportunities and also the level of coding one needs, as this would benifit a lot of people who are confused like me.It would be super helpful for me. Thank you.
University doesn't matter much for technical fields. Generally, non-technical fields are not recommended. If you know something like Java, Networking, or Information Security, getting a job is incredibly easy. The business-related fields like marketing, data science, and analytics, usually suffer a lot while finding jobs. I have even seen product managers have an easier time finding jobs and many business analytics grads having to take product management roles. Moreover for non-stem courses its very hard to pay off your loan since there's no stem extension, fees are high, and it's hard to find a job.
The best video I have come across explains things very simply and clearly. Thank you.
Thanks for this video.
Your videos are really helpful ❤️
Bro you just spit facts man, thank you
This video is so helpful and it's straight to all the points. Thanks, you were a great help! I'll reach out if I get any doubts.
This is a great video! You've convinced me to go study at the USA!
Thank you, so much sir, for your valuable information 🥰🥰🥰keep do more valuable videos, sir
This video will help a lot!
Glad it was helpful!
Amazing video sir , thank you!🙏
This was very helpful. Thanks a lot
Good Morning Sir! I have a small doubt regarding web development course, whether we have to choose it as a specilization in Computer Science or does it have any full time course particularly on (web development).
Great video. Straight to the point, no nonsense and practical advice.
One question: how practical is it to get sw development jobs after MS CS, having worked entirely in software testing till now ? I have occasionally done some automation in python, shell, TCL
Great and honest video really like it, Just one question I have if we have already 3 years of experience and then come to US for studies and then look for job, is it like starting from 0 as well as wasting 2-3 years of experience, as we have missed the link between industry and education, or do we get position based on previous experience.
continuously learning from you🥰
You are really extraordinary🥰 thanks for making awesome tuitorial 🥰
I am happy this was helpful to you.
Great presentation and explanatory
Good Clarity Sir.First I thought the same way of going for 5 years and come back. But now I decided not to go.Thanks for the Clarity sir
I'm a freshman at ASU currently and had second thoughts about coming. But I came, and saw this video, and want to thank you for clearing up my mind.
Good luck. Are you doing masters in computer science, if yes from first year itself start preparing for jobs which means (1) Networking (Extremely important) (2) Open source contribution (3) Competitive coding practice. solve one problem a day, in a year you would have solved 365

Very informative video and the way he explains is incredible. Also please make videos on m.s. in data science from different countries and how much it will cost. If you want to charge something then surely charge for it but do give career advice for the same.
ok i will make those videos in the future and yes i will not charge anything :)

Are you planning for masters in CS from USA
Bro, I am planning the same ! Would like to connect with you regarding this 👍🏻

My friends say its difficult for freshers/>2 year experience people to get data science jobs directly .How true is it
Hi sir,
Do people with 6-7 years of work experience as a developer, need to start with the junior most roles after MS...or do they resume from the roles they are already working in India. (Considering if they join the same org in usa that they worked for in india or perhaps a diff organization)
Hi I am 36 years old working in India , if I want to move to US for exploring opportunities on Data science, is it a good idea to enroll for MS in data science in US
Man, this video ❤️
You are a great mentor.
I did my undergraduation in Computer Science engineering as major and had a nano degree in Machine Learning from Udacity and I have a work experience of 12 months. Could you please help me in picking Computer Science engineering or Data science and analytics for Masters. I am confused in this
Hi. I want to go into Data Science field. What should I target MS in Statistics or MS in Data Science? I have a masters degree in economics from India.
Very good explanation 🔥🔥
Should a junior software developer go to the States to get a masters in Computer science/ AI-ML etc and look for a better opportunity there?
What if you don't get a USA visa required for a Master's degree in the first attempt at a Visa interview? Should one then take a job and then apply for a USA visa after 2-years or apply for a Canada/another country visa instead?
thanks a ton sir
can you give opinions about studying data science in CANADA?
*What should a cllg fresher do to become a data scientist (from scratch)??*
In Germany, you pay per semester to the university a fee which is 300-400 euros or less, you have ticket. Which can be used in the public transportation in the city of the university
Nice one ❤
Sir, Could you make a video highlighting the good colleges to do masters in data science in USA (and Canada too)

@@codebasics yes please, eagerly waiting.

can a BBA/BCOM graduate also do ms in data science/analytics if they r good at coding?
Sir the video was completely useful but I have question what courses for data science and what r your qualifications ?
Hi sir @codebasics As of now iam not having experience in data science, iam afraid of if I go to abroad for studies in master in data science means I would get job or not
is it easy for freshers to find a job with no work experience who have completed their masters in data science
Thank you for your honest opinion
Is age a criteria when applying for companies in the US
Sir should i get experience first or direct come to US for ms in data science if i can?
Can you suggest or make a video on good courses/colleges for MS in Data Science?
Hello sir, I am currently studying my bachelors degree in Computing which is of 3 years (Altogether 15 years of schooling). Is 3 years bachelors degree applicable to study masters in US ?
It could be. You need to check with universities in USA that you are targeting to apply.
Should I go for masters in Data Science in US if i have decent knowledge of Programming language?
Sir can I get a job as a data scientist after doing ms in data science as a fresher with no work experience?
Sir the video is very informative. I would like to do my Masters in US. So what are the eligibility criteria to study in US? Is GRE examination required for joining any universities in US?
Yes gre is needed
true man!!!
is it a good move, if someone is willing to move abroad right after completing internship from india? or is it possible to get a job with least experience?
Thanks the video is very informative. Please put the videos on finding job in USA after MS.
Awesome video, keep up the great work! :)
Thanks for the visit
Hello! I am Pooja from India. I have a master's degree in organic chemistry and work experience in the education industry. I have currently decided to go for a master's in the USA and struggling with the course selection between "data analytics and instructional design." I don't have a technology background so I am still eligible for a master's in data analytics? Also, which out of these two courses will be helpful to pick H1 visa?
sir let my confusion clear please i am very under pressure that which degree should i do from usa which should be scope able for me there as i can get job easily there and what should i do from Data Science and Machin Learning ?
Informative video. Thanks for this. Can you suggest which course is better, MS in CS or MIS? I have more than 7 years of software engineering experience.

@@mohit4902 Bro I've a doubt: I'm very much interested in the data science domain (particularly ML, DL, NLP, in which I've considerable experience) and want to do an MS to build my career further in this. So in this scenario, what is suggestible doing MS in CS/MIS etc (with focus on data science primarily), or MS in data science is also okay? I see that scope of data science jobs has leapfrogged over the years so....
What would it cost decently sir for having a masters degree in data science at US
As always the expenses are not clear
So can you explain what would be the expenses be like in full detail for students who want to pursue masters in US
I think it is from 45000 $ to 100000$ depending on university, location etc. This includes tuition fees and other expenses for your entire study.
In CNN, After using 'n' filters, we will get n feature maps. From those n feature maps, we will get n Max Pooling layers. So My doubt is do we flatten each MaxPooling layer and train our neural network on that or do we combine all max-pooling layers values and flatten into one big column and train our neural network with that big column flatten layer?
you combine all max pooling layers and flatten them in one big column to feed it to fully connected dense NN. I have a video on how CNN works watch that it will clear your doubts.
Hello...
First of all, really sorry for the late comment
Anyways, can u please post a video based on the courses related to computer science in America?
The problem in India is that we have cut throat competition for any job role. Firms takes advantage of this and make Indians work at cheap packages.
You are absolutely right. But the bright side is that once you prove yourself and get onto some good product based company with good culture they will value you. It is hard to find seasoned and intelligent engineers nowadays so they will definitely value you.
But some of parents don't allow their son or daughter to study aboard in foreign region. They think it's not safe and maybe risk (or may be trust issue😅)

Hey sir,
I have 4 years of experience in database like oracle but now I want to do Ms in data science in us what will be path for some.
Please guide.
Path will be same as anyone else. It is just that your experience will help you in your studies as well as to get a job after your masters is over
Hey there , what's more advisable between doing masters right after completing bachelor's(COMPUTER SCIENCE) or get some real work experience of like 2 years and then come for masters in USA ?
I feel that getting some experience and than come here is better. Your experience will not only help in studies but to find a job as well after your masters is over
@@codebasics and does that experience should be in relevant field(such as if I am having experience in web development)and then doing masters in USA and applying for data science Jobs(provided that you have enough competent skills to crack that interview) ?

Thanks fro your excellent and valuable information sir.
i am really grateful for this video.
I want an honest suggestion about study and work in usa.
hope you could help me sir.
I am a 2020 graduate in computer science field with 8.52 CGPA overall, no backlogs history.
in addition in my university study system we have always been concentrated and taught on theory rather than in coding so i have basic fundamentals on programming languages but not too good in coding. which is why i thought of taking up Masters in data science in USA.
What is your best suggestion for my future??
Hello!!
What did you apply for masters and what is the scope as a fresher in data science domain.
Hello Indrani reddy..
Have you joined for Masters ??
Awaiting for ur reply..
What’s your update? Did you apply ?
Hello Sir,
I have 6 years of experience in software development and I am planning to do my MS from US. I am really confused whether I should go for CS and choose electives for Machine learning or should I do MS in Data Science/Machine Learning. Awaiting your reply. Thanks in advance.
I would go for computer science with electives in machine learning and data science. That way you have the option for doing job as computer engineer as well as data scientist. For one data scientist job there will be 30 software engineer jobs. You need to get a job in order to file h1b visa hence I would strongly suggest comp science course.
@@codebasics Thank you for your suggestion, it will help me alot 😊. Can you please suggest what will be a better choice for me Data Science electives or Machine Learning electives, considering my experience as developer, future growth and opportunities.
@@tanvishah9085 Hi Tanvi, hope you're doing fine. I have 3.5 years of experience as software developer in an MNC in India. I am planning to do my masters in US. Do you know if my experience in India will be considered or will I have to start as a fresher after my masters in US.
Hey I just completed my pgd in datascience after doing bsc in statistics. And will get one year of job experience before applying for us universities for ms in data science . I am just worried about Job. What’s your suggestions for me to improve on? It’ll be helpful. Thankyou!
Hello Sir, if I want to earn a PG Diploma in Machine Learning ( less than 1 year course) - what will be my options in the US? I'm a working professional in Oracle E-biz suite(ERP) in the US with 11 years of experience.

Machine Learning is also a little bit overhyped but not as much as data engineering/daata science roles.
Is part time job is legal alone with this course in US?? And also if I take ms in data science can I search for data analyst jobs (I am not at all good at coding)
I dont suggest anyone to come to USA for masters with a target of data analyst role. The issue is no company will file your h1b. For software engineer, data scientist type of role it is okay (but that requires coding knowledge). You can do part time job while doing masters, for example many students do on campus job and allowed to work 20 hrs a week
Sir should I choose MS in computer science or MS in Data Science ??
It's usually about "could" not "should". If you have relevant experience or projects or subjects in bachelor's, then select data science or computer science.
i think computer science because you can easily transfer from cs to ds but ds in very narrow and also cs have so many job positions so if you get bored doing one you can easily transfer
Sir make a video on doing data science Masters in uk and good clgs in uk and Future in job market also

I want to know about data science in UK how are the opportunities there as compared to US
Can I do data science on my own, simultaneously with Master’s degree and I have 2 years ? What steps i take for maintaining a good resume without any course in that 2 years so I get job easily in data science field after my master’s?
yes you can. You need to focus on (1) solid networking (2) participation in open source contribution, kaggle competitions (3) build solid project portfolio may be by doing freelancing or helping others such as NGOs for free. Dummy projects won't be that much helpful.
well said

Germany is a great option but you cannot earn crazy high!
Taxes are 42% and keeps on increasing the more you earn
Hi Dhaval. Thanks for your efforts to share you knowledge and experience. I have been following your videos for quite some time. I have a suggestion for you to consider. Do you have any arrangement where someone can pay and book one-to-one session with you for specified time (30 min, 1 hr, etc.) to ask you specific questions that you may or may not have covered in your videos. This setup will benefit you for your time and gives other the opportunity to have their specific questions answered. Also, since this will be a paid service, people will be respectful of your time. This gives some of us who have limited free-time the opportunity to get immediate answers without the need to go thru all your videos. I believe this will be a win-win for everyone. Thanks for your feedback.
Syed, that is indeed a good suggestion and I get your point. The issue is my time availibility. With 9 to 6 job and youtube as a side hustle I rarely have even 30 minutes for a consultation. I try to give my knowledge for free via youtube comments and videos. During that process I also understand needs and questions that people have and I plan my future videos accordingly. But thanks again for giving detailed feedback
I am mechanical engineer so i am struggling to get into MS data science so i decided to apply for flexible courses which gives me more electives like Eng. Management in Northeastern and then break into data science. Should i move forward with this?
Go full into data science. R, Python, Statistics
Why are you struggling when you got the STEM degree ?
I have 5 years experience in IT and 2 years in Data Science does it help getting interview shortlist in respect to a complete fresher. I have this experience working for a US based company and I am not from a very rich background so almost everything is a loan for me should I come to US is still a very challenging question
Please do a video on fees structure in USA for masters

Do we get work visa in US? like instead of investing so much money in studying we can invest in our time getting job as we already have graduate degree? Is that the case possible
10 years back this was possible. I came to USA directly on h1b through a consultancy company. Now they have made it very very hard to come to USA directly for a job. There are still some consultancy companies who directly file h1b for a candidate who is in India, these consultancy companies are rare and the chances of not getting selected in h1b lottery as well as getting rejected in visa stamp are very very high.
Brotha, I made some indian friends during my degree. I’m an indian american born and brought up in the US, I never once did I appreciate being in America until my friends told me about their problems. Its worth coming here if you have a lot of money and you know you’re gonna get a job here. Otherwise its a risky investment. Now whether I get a job or not, i can stay in the US for as long as I like because I’m a citizen. But its not the same for my friends and people gotta be prepared for those kinda of eventualities.
I agree. But I have interacted with so many non US citizens here and majority of them end up staying here.. since they have a need they work extra hard and get a job. There is rare percentage who has to go back and it can kind of ruin their plans.
@@codebasics Yes I agree. Politics has made their choice of staying in the US after masters is fickle since Trump reduced the number of H1B’s that can be issued based on country. One of my friends from masters had to leave for India due to a family emergency but she cants stay otherwise she risks losing her visa. Its heartbreaking to see
If I have a bachelor’s degree (comp sci) in the Philippines, will I be able to land in a job in the US? Do they consider immigrants who graduated from other countries?

How can we validate our self will I be getting job or suitable? After finishing up the MS .
