Great video. Could you tell me how to input n1 (5e9 Pa-s) into your analysis?

Hello, Great video. What changes need to be made for a SLS model?

Hello, what if I use "frequency" instead of "time" as the viscoelastic domain for the prony series?
    Thanks!

Thank you, sir. The video you uploaded is very helpful. But I still have a problem: How do I model a NON-LINEAR maxwell material in ABAQUS?

Hi, Prony series is used to model linear viscoelastic materials. Check this out www.researchgate.net/publication/229816887_On_the_Characterization_of_Nonlinear_Viscoelastic_Materials

I wonder that how to find Prony Description of material model (gi, ki, tau_i), because if we want to simulate this, we should have that. Could you give me a good way to find these paremeters ? Thanks so much

Hello, thank you for your tutorial. I want to know if this prony series can also be used to simulate a viscoelastic sphere upon striking a rigid plane, or two viscoelastic spheres collide? Thanks in advance!

Think yes, why not. These are just other boundary conditions

Hi, Thank you for this Video.
Can i use this method to simulate a fatigue load ?
