BeamMP racing is amazing, I drive with a ffb wheel and when you get lucky and find the right people in servers, you can have incredibly close and competitive races, as long as everyone there can actually drive and race cleanly. 8 person class racing seems to be the perfect amount for what my computer can handle and it's always a blast.
As long as BeamNG doesn't use proper tyre simulation, it's not gonna be good for racing. They basically have no simulation for tyres going sideways (which actually deforms a tyre), so any kind of turning or sliding has very inconsistent and shitty handling. They have mentioned they are working on the tyres, but still no updates.
Have to say you rly need steering wheel for racing in this game or it's gonna be lot of fishtailing unless you get food setup in 'filters' tab in controls :)
The guy who went faster in the truck actually knew how you shift trucks. When you are not carrying a load you skip gears. Start in second, jump to 4th, go straight to 7th and so on. The engine has the Torque

Beam is so close to a proper race sim. Sure they might be lacking proper aero and weather but the customization and destruction are unparalleled on PC.

There are multiple names for spa so the up hill is Eau rouge and the straight after that is radillion. And the last chicane is known as the busstop chicane
with the trucks you want to be in manual gear change and skip a couple of gears at a time, start in 2 then skip to 4th or 5th and it will accelerate a lot faster without any trailer at least.

Make proper races in BeamNG a thing! No resets, short circuits (to avoid too much space between players), the perfect hardcore racing...
I think resets are fine because you lose time regardless so you still get a penalty even if it's unofficial.
I think BeaMNG would make a great oval track simulator.

They also lack tire characteristics. Tires should be gripping on what it's made for. Seeing an f1 spinning out of its own on the tarmac is illogical.

in spa, by the turn 2 you need to send full to the right in the middle of turn 2 to get up to 3 and then full to left to get right in turn 3
