The Isis buff is REALLY good into Juno specifically. Before the silence would proc her Spd Buff, then the Oblivion would land. However, because she still got her Spd Buff, sometimes she would cut and get a strip/stun off and mess your team up. Isis needs a little more, but this is a nice start.

Another what feels like pointless patch, nothing in the meta changed, things that don't need nerfs got nerfed and things that don't need buffs got buffed, really is crazy how they just don't listen to the player base and make what feels like completely random changes every patch. Back like 2-3 years ago, the patches actually were so much more meaningful, it's just so hard to get excited for them now because I know nothing meaningful is going to happen.

I think thats the point. Applies Oblivion before the silence rather than at the same time so the skills works. Like how cleanse heals didnt used to heal with unrecoverable cause theyd heal at the same time as the removal of heal block.
good to see someone interested on fire pudding... She's now immune to inability but the heal is now 15 from 40 and the passive still won't work against bosses... i'm still not awakening her, or 6-starring her and devilmoning her... What do u think?
I actually quite liked the Vanilla Cookie pre-nerf. Now I might just take her runes off. No real reason to use that unit now. You're almost better off running the 2a Red Werewolf at this point :(
@@dudono1744 he does good damage when he's set up correctly but adding that stun chance tells me he's not a kill unit and would have to be set up with like a gany or wind dragon, nana and galleon so he can nuke... Good buff but very niche.

Wind desert warrior is actually pretty solid. Sure he needs a slight buff but he does a lot of damage as a tanky unit. Messed around with him in rta and won a majority of my c2 matches using a him.
yeah... then came shaina. shaina used to have atkbar decrease and then loren and tyron's second. I miss the days when you had to drool for verad to clear toah
Verad always reset atk bar (even when it didnt freeze). Poseidon while he didnt reset, reduced by 75% or so. Charlotte also reduced it, though like Poseidon wasnt as much as it is now. Cant think of them but for nat 4s and under there were still more. Hwa was just the strongest of them. Not trying to sound condescending (Im kinda stoned so random right now), just informative. Back then Lushen could usually one (or technically 4-5) shot Chasun. Though she was still annoying when they nerfed him 3-4 times.

I liked the BP. Needed rune changes, awakening changes, some really good buffs there. Speed changes. Some random changes, yes but still changes which does give some monsters new life. Some buffs are pretty good imo, like the water hell lady one
I honestly dont give a flying fuck about 99.9% of it. Magic Knights finally arent slugs (they are still snails though, yes snails are faster than slugs, I watched a slug "race" a snail once), and now theres hope maybe one day Astars current spd will be her base spd. Fuck the Nicki nerf, what about those who hate pvp com2us? And fuck the Beth nerf cause shes my favorite aunt.
I believe thats what he means. I should rune her up and just make a fire necro team, since my current team isnt so great (admittedly its purely their runes, but I do like the team), and I wanna use Shihwa more since I just got her transmog.

@@karllee2917 have you seen his skills? He practically does everything. He's a tank, heals the team, strips and steals buffs, always crits, and hits pretty hard. The s1 stun chance decrease doesn't do anything to him.
Dark geralt user here. This buff is quite good .. if acc and res worked as intended in this game. With 2 buff he has 100% activation chance and as a bomber its pretty easy to have 2 buffs

21:19 I was pretty new and casual during the Chasun meta but I dont remember that many attack bar control units, none that worked all that well and 5* werent the "dime a dozen" they were today. On top of that her 1) s3 isnt a "heal" so normal heal block didnt affect it 2) she was one of the few "2 heal" units (see Riley for other annoying examples". 3) if you made her your fastest unit she would either buff before your team goes or if you tried to single target nuke her or her ally S3 heals to full and she matches attack bar basically going again. TLDR Im still salty
I think the biggest change on her S2 would be to remove a debuff or two. Sure, S3 ignores heal block, but you have units like Riley that can attack buff, immunity, and remove debuffs. So they can heal through heal block as well. Kinda the main reason that the light fairy queen stopped being used as much. No cleanse on her S3. That's not saying that you need that cleanse. Just that she hasn't traditionally done "enough." Look at Praha. She aoe sleeps. Gives your team a second to recoup. Without that added utility, there's no real use to using her anymore, sadly.

Her balance (and Atenais, and the others that were changed and I never use so I forgot) still do ignore unrecoverable. And dont worry Im sure EVERYONE is still salty, including those who had and used her. Im still salty about Camilla getting 8-9 turns every turn (back then 7 or 8 procs was the max), including mine cause that meant they all would. Stronger heal and cleanse on 3rd would be nice for Fran. I could auto ToA Hell if she did.

I miss when balance patches were impactful. Anymore, if a monster was bad before the balance patch, it will still be bad after, and half of them will be even worse. I have no drive to reach for anything new or fun anymore in SW. Literally every normal element nat 5 is mediocre.
@@jaredcrabb Made a tier list to think about the units I actually get excited to get: Cheongpung, Bastet, Psamathe, Teshar, Rica, Liam, Taor, Bolverk, Tiana, Alicia, Savannah, Zenobia, Verad, Nana. There's another list of monsters that I like getting but may or may not build, like Perna, Poseidon, Cierra, Zaiross, Charlotte, Beth, etc. Not that they're not good, it's just.. Been there, done that. The rest I really don't care much about at all. Even if they're good, most just aren't fun. Like Leo. He has a good win rate, but he's not fun. I've pulled him before. On multiple accounts. Just never care to actually build or use him.

Very useful and pretty fun mons, but I've used them so much that I don't care about them anymore. Like Zaiross got a huge buff before too! And he's really good in PvP, I just.. don't like using him anymore. Charlotte is really one of my favorite mons in the entire game, but whenever I pull her anymore I'm like "Aww, not Cheongpung." Then like.. Any of the new mons and collab mons I care even less about. They release so much stuff that's like.. I'm going to single target dot, aoe defense break with a 40% chance, bomb with a 50% chance. Like there are nat 4s that do so much more. So I can't even be excited about new mons really anymore because it's like "Ah yeah, 2a mystic witch is better." Lol.

Astar hits the hardest unless the enemy has millions of hp, but with all the atk bar reduction, and being water, shes useable more places than the rest. Only 2 I devilmoned, back when I had tons of devilmon and nothing to use them on
C2Us be like... we have to fulfill our LD buffing KPI, just give Zeratu HP regen per turn. Edit: Fire puddin princess with that 25% additional healing nerf could do with immune to ATB reduction as well.. just sayin' Edit2: Beth heal block is quite useless against dedicated healer as most of them cleanse before healing anyways.
Personally the only ones I care about are the Nicki nerf (what about those who use her outside of rta, and no I dont have her) and the Lapis and Lanett (yes those are the 2 I care about) base spd buff. Theres now hope maybe Astars current awakened spd (as of typing this, I think) will be her base spd (or at least 100, someday). And the Beth nerf cause shes my favorite aunt (and yes I mean a real family member).
It'd be most likely a wind mermaid Gemini and a fire sky dancer with Gemini lead for siege defense. Props for s2 Set skill on Gemini and it going first w fire dancer spd tuned right after.

Nice Vid, not happy seeing a bunch of LDs getting buffed that really didn't need it while nerfing mons that didn't need nerfing. Im uninstalled as I find Vio Proc for AI defense incredibly high ( Arena, Siege, and I think world guild war? ) In low Rta im facing lots of people with overpowered Lds. Can't even farm coins properly which is why I even do Rta
The despair change is what haegang needed.... His passive didn't change but I think everyone mostly builds him on despair and that change impacts haegang

It is a pretty good balance patch, can you imagine how many turns the brownie magicians can proc on first skill, 2nd skill and vio proc. And Dark Chimera, 2nd skill buff gains an instant turn is literally healing itself. And turn ends another heal. Pretty sick

The Fire Pirate Captain will now install a bomb and will detonate said bomb. 2 bomb installers and detonator only Carrick will detonate only 1 enemy but will reduce the number/turn on the bombs on other enemies. Might be interesting!
They buff things that dont need buffs (Josephine) and they nerf things that dont need nerfed (Water Dokaibe Lord) and dont buff things that need buffed ( Leona and Dark Totemist). So annoying

And for that matter the magic knights cause how fucking long was it that they got a stat balance (theyre nat 4s with nat 2 stats. Base Tati has the same atk, and more def and spd than Lapis). It's such a sad nerf. I have her on an alt (which admittedly has mediocre runes), but I can't really use her much. I don't really RTA, but I've figured strip and increase cd would be nice in regular arena. But how would you do that? You'd need speed lead, attack buff, defense break, and damage. Having Veronica as a damage won't work because nothing's defense broken. So Bastet, Veronika, Beth/Asima/Savannah/Liesel Damage dealing speed lead that can deal enough to kill all enemies. I guess you could speed lead, Bastet, Lushen, Veronica, but even still there's not enough damage there because your speed lead won't be ignoring defense. And the "go to" damage dealing speed lead (Psamathe) here already increases cooltime. Pretty much an RTA only unit? But her other skills don't seem fitting for RTA.
Many of those buffs aren't random, they actually were asked. Take the Zeratu buff, many players played him in Vampire due to his lack of survivability, but now that he heals each turn, he will be played way more in vio.
The filler is strong with this one. They need to nerfs violent procs in siege. No matter how tanky your mobs are if they're attacked 3 times per enemy..... They're dead or if the healer has the S3 always available, they will never die. . Tell me I'm wrong.....
Maybe in low siege in higher siege doesn't matter how many times the def procs if u lose u brought the wrong comp. if they made it to where siege def units can only proc once siege would become way too easy.. so u r wrong.
@@chrismeadows1880 you don't even need to be that high in siege, Conqueror + becomes a nightmare due to faster defenses, that's why there nerfed Ganymede way back in season 2-3 of RTA if you RECALL and water Onmiouji more recently. So no, violent procs are broken. That's why they limited procs in RTA, just FYI.
@@karolusmagnus8405 Skill issue. If you really had decent understanding on how to play around certain teams, they can proc 3 times each and not leave a scratch on your units. Why should it matter if Savannah procs 5 times into a def scaling team? She will do no damage regardless and not even def break them. Bring Leo to make it free entirely. Shaina procs 4 times? Well, guess my Windy is going to take 2000 damage or so because he can't be def broken.

Dark Shadowcaster gets a turn when the Shadow Trapped enemy gets a turn, replacing the enemy's turn. Why would decreasing its attack speed be a good thing? Doesn't that take away from half of your passive?
but she already would have done more damage with the other buff. She was made so she gets bonus damage with any buff, so we dont need continuous damage anymore...so they buff continous damage proc rate? I think it comes out in the wash but id rather have the acc for S3 to get a def break which gives the 50% already
@@biogopher Mm I think it helps either way. S2 increased chance to dot means the remaining extra attacks will deal more damage. It's still a buff of damage. It just won't be as noticeable without the defense break anyways. Makes for a better PvE buff than PvP imo.

@@biogopher Ah yeah, I feel that. She definitely feels like a Skill 3 unit, but consider this. She could S2, s3, s2. Her skill 390% damage before the 1.5x multiplier. Her s3 only 480% total. Also her skill 2 applies negative effects, skill 3 reducing enemy atb by negative effects. Her s3 is definitely great, but it feels like it should be used after debuffs are already on the enemy in PvE situations. Her S2 could do really well from setup of a different defense break. I typically use Asima, Beth, and Asima s3->s2, Beth S2 just kills everything. Now (because of the other change) everyone can use that combo because all they need is a defense break instead of defense break and dots. So I could see a lot more use in her skill 2 first (but again.. Extra dots really don't change this much). That said, I will also miss the accuracy boost. Honestly, it would have been nice if they kept both, but then that'd just be another buff for Asima.
My LD4s who are actually LD5s : Dark Pirate captain, Light blade dancer, Dark Robo, Light dice magician, dark string master, light lich, dark giant warrior. My LD5s who are actually LD4s : dark sky dancer, light mage, dark fairy king. kinda suck to get 3 mediocre LD5s in 10 years, also all three are wrong colours.
Double Leah, probably triple d robo, quintuple Mirinae, octa Halphas (yes com2us likes giving him to me), double Amarna. Yes I spend a lot. Theres more but Im stoned and cant remember them all. Also cause Leahs not a nat 5, shes a nat 10. From what I hear, and have seen, youre ld 5s are actually quite powerful (if not op, Nyx). Mine are Zerath, apparently Leona, I cant even remember 2 of the other 5, so probably them too. Also, getting them right after a nerf (Veronica), then them getting another nerf, sucks. Alexandria (who happened to be from a free scroll, like Zerath was) was a nice consolation prize though. I even got her right after a buff.
Bagel do you have any suggestions for how to use the light dokkaebi lord, you mentioned he’s good for curtain content. My issue with him is he feels pointless he’s a stripper with low base speed up until the pact the crt damage was only if the enemy had no buffs. He has damage reduction based on buffs as well he feel like he’s trying to do everything and doing just ok at them.
Thats what I hate about Tiana personally, but she would be too damned op with more spd. I wish she would get more. I hope next balance, whatever game they play to decide the random buffs it picks her. And maybe the magic knights again.
Maybe light Eivor is just far more of a guild content monster, but I was literally just thinking "wow, this monster either feels terrible or only just barely competent enough to be used (in rta)".......... and now she is worse............. Seriously, her skill 3 went from an inconsistent CC ability to an inconsistent CC ability that is sub-par at cc'ing. Every time I use her I always end up thinking "I wish I had (different monster), it feels like i have 3.6 monsters instead of 4 monsters in the match" edit: but again.... maybe she really is just a guild content monster and I am trying to force her in the wrong area, idk edit 2: I know that you said she takes a lot of turns and that is really valuable, and I absolutely agree, but my issue with her is consistency. She gets a lot of turns, yes, but too often (not always) she does literally nothing with her turn. WAY too often I use skill 2 and it just does 6k damage and nothing else. it's just always SUCH a gamble using her and hoping that she lands her ability...
Actually helps against things like Juno, so she doesnt get her spd buff still. Also, its the absolute best ever cause now Lapis and Lanett can be used more. And theres hope one day theyll have 100-105 base spd.
What are you talking about? It is actually a buff, her increase speed passive can throw off speed tuning so it's better they remove it and let her do more damage. You only use Astar in Necro, Rift raids and TOA anyway now she gets a free attack buff.
Also, shes gonna have more base spd. I prefered the spd as hp goes down, but who cares shes got more spd anyway, which I think is the reason for the rework (it doesnt feel like a balance as thats too much of a change).
@@jaredcrabb well, the familys base spd were all pretty low and therefore they were kinda hard to rune speedwise. More spd for lost hp is annoying for spd tuning in necro, and this is also a pretty decent astar buff for necro especially.
@@benjaminmesserer2471 I didnt care about the tuning of her personally, I just wanted her to have as many turns as possible. It is a buff, a huge one, I simply preferred Astars old passive as I used her elsewhere too. But the passive was more of a rework rather than a balance, which can be a buff to some and a nerf to others.
The huge Beth buffs are surprising, she’s the weakest of her sisters but these buffs look good. Shocked they refuse to buff light pirate cap, but keep giving fire more and more boons
I'm not sure I like the Beth changes for RTA. The skill changes likely are helpful, but reducing her accuracy lowers her utility in RTA for me at least (I'm probably one of the few who liked her accuracy awakening)

I actually quite liked the Vanilla Cookie pre-nerf. Now I might just take her runes off. No real reason to use that unit now. You're almost better off running the 2a Red Werewolf at this point :(

Wind desert warrior is actually pretty solid. Sure he needs a slight buff but he does a lot of damage as a tanky unit. Messed around with him in rta and won a majority of my c2 matches using a him.

yeah... then came shaina. shaina used to have atkbar decrease and then loren and tyron's second. I miss the days when you had to drool for verad to clear toah
Verad always reset atk bar (even when it didnt freeze). Poseidon while he didnt reset, reduced by 75% or so. Charlotte also reduced it, though like Poseidon wasnt as much as it is now. Cant think of them but for nat 4s and under there were still more. Hwa was just the strongest of them. Not trying to sound condescending (Im kinda stoned so random right now), just informative. Back then Lushen could usually one (or technically 4-5) shot Chasun. Though she was still annoying when they nerfed him 3-4 times.

I liked the BP. Needed rune changes, awakening changes, some really good buffs there. Speed changes. Some random changes, yes but still changes which does give some monsters new life. Some buffs are pretty good imo, like the water hell lady one
I honestly dont give a flying fuck about 99.9% of it. Magic Knights finally arent slugs (they are still snails though, yes snails are faster than slugs, I watched a slug "race" a snail once), and now theres hope maybe one day Astars current spd will be her base spd. @@karllee2917 have you seen his skills? He practically does everything. He's a tank, heals the team, strips and steals buffs, always crits, and hits pretty hard. The s1 stun chance decrease doesn't do anything to him.
Dark geralt user here. This buff is quite good .. if acc and res worked as intended in this game. With 2 buff he has 100% activation chance and as a bomber its pretty easy to have 2 buffs

I know buffing Iris is questionable, but it is absolutely CRIMINAL that there is a monster that awakens into speed that still only has 105 speed....
2 to be exact. Even Lagmaron has 110 spd. Now Astar will to. I hope they get at least 100 some day though, I wanna use Lapis and Lanett more given I devilmoned them (and I DONT regret it at all).

21:19 I was pretty new and casual during the Chasun meta but I dont remember that many attack bar control units, none that worked all that well and 5* werent the "dime a dozen" they were today. On top of that her 1) s3 isnt a "heal" so normal heal block didnt affect it 2) she was one of the few "2 heal" units (see Riley for other annoying examples". 3) if you made her your fastest unit she would either buff before your team goes or if you tried to single target nuke her or her ally S3 heals to full and she matches attack bar basically going again.

I think the biggest change on her S2 would be to remove a debuff or two. Sure, S3 ignores heal block, but you have units like Riley that can attack buff, immunity, and remove debuffs. So they can heal through heal block as well. Kinda the main reason that the light fairy queen stopped being used as much. No cleanse on her S3.
That's not saying that you need that cleanse. Just that she hasn't traditionally done "enough." Look at Praha. She aoe sleeps. Gives your team a second to recoup. Without that added utility, there's no real use to using her anymore, sadly.

Her balance (and Atenais, and the others that were changed and I never use so I forgot) still do ignore unrecoverable. And dont worry Im sure EVERYONE is still salty, including those who had and used her. Im still salty about Camilla getting 8-9 turns every turn (back then 7 or 8 procs was the max), including mine cause that meant they all would.
Stronger heal and cleanse on 3rd would be nice for Fran. I could auto ToA Hell if she did.
They really gave veronica the giana treatment. Shes still usable, but they really love that turn 2 who vio procs more gameplay

I miss when balance patches were impactful. Anymore, if a monster was bad before the balance patch, it will still be bad after, and half of them will be even worse. I have no drive to reach for anything new or fun anymore in SW. Literally every normal element nat 5 is mediocre.

There's another list of monsters that I like getting but may or may not build, like Perna, Poseidon, Cierra, Zaiross, Charlotte, Beth, etc. Not that they're not good, it's just.. Been there, done that.
The rest I really don't care much about at all. Even if they're good, most just aren't fun. Like Leo. He has a good win rate, but he's not fun. I've pulled him before. On multiple accounts. Just never care to actually build or use him.

Very useful and pretty fun mons, but I've used them so much that I don't care about them anymore. Like Zaiross got a huge buff before too! And he's really good in PvP, I just.. don't like using him anymore. Charlotte is really one of my favorite mons in the entire game, but whenever I pull her anymore I'm like "Aww, not Cheongpung." Then like.. Any of the new mons and collab mons I care even less about. They release so much stuff that's like.. I'm going to single target dot, aoe defense break with a 40% chance, bomb with a 50% chance. Like there are nat 4s that do so much more. So I can't even be excited about new mons really anymore because it's like "Ah yeah, 2a mystic witch is better." Lol.

Astar hits the hardest unless the enemy has millions of hp, but with all the atk bar reduction, and being water, shes useable more places than the rest. Only 2 I devilmoned, back when I had tons of devilmon and nothing to use them on

Personally the only ones I care about are the Nicki nerf (what about those who use her outside of rta, and no I dont have her) and the Lapis and Lanett (yes those are the 2 I care about) base spd buff. It is a pretty good balance patch, can you imagine how many turns the brownie magicians can proc on first skill, 2nd skill and vio proc. And Dark Chimera, 2nd skill buff gains an instant turn is literally healing itself. And turn ends another heal. Pretty sick

The Fire Pirate Captain will now install a bomb and will detonate said bomb. 2 bomb installers and detonator only Carrick will detonate only 1 enemy but will reduce the number/turn on the bombs on other enemies. Might be interesting!

It's such a sad nerf. I have her on an alt (which admittedly has mediocre runes), but I can't really use her much. I don't really RTA, but I've figured strip and increase cd would be nice in regular arena. But how would you do that? You'd need speed lead, attack buff, defense break, and damage. Having Veronica as a damage won't work because nothing's defense broken.

I guess you could speed lead, Bastet, Lushen, Veronica, but even still there's not enough damage there because your speed lead won't be ignoring defense. And the "go to" damage dealing speed lead (Psamathe) here already increases cooltime.

Many of those buffs aren't random, they actually were asked. Take the Zeratu buff, many players played him in Vampire due to his lack of survivability, but now that he heals each turn, he will be played way more in vio.

They need to nerfs violent procs in siege. No matter how tanky your mobs are if they're attacked 3 times per enemy..... They're dead or if the healer has the S3 always available, they will never die. . Tell me I'm wrong.....
Maybe in low siege in higher siege doesn't matter how many times the def procs if u lose u brought the wrong comp. if they made it to where siege def units can only proc once siege would become way too easy.. so u r wrong.
@@chrismeadows1880 you don't even need to be that high in siege, Conqueror + becomes a nightmare due to faster defenses, that's why there nerfed Ganymede way back in season 2-3 of RTA if you RECALL and water Onmiouji more recently. So no, violent procs are broken. That's why they limited procs in RTA, just FYI.

Why should it matter if Savannah procs 5 times into a def scaling team? She will do no damage regardless and not even def break them. Bring Leo to make it free entirely. Shaina procs 4 times? Well, guess my Windy is going to take 2000 damage or so because he can't be def broken.

Dark Shadowcaster gets a turn when the Shadow Trapped enemy gets a turn, replacing the enemy's turn. Why would decreasing its attack speed be a good thing? Doesn't that take away from half of your passive?

She was made so she gets bonus damage with any buff, so we dont need continuous damage anymore...so they buff continous damage proc rate? I think it comes out in the wash but id rather have the acc for S3 to get a def break which gives the 50% already
@@biogopher Mm I think it helps either way. S2 increased chance to dot means the remaining extra attacks will deal more damage. It's still a buff of damage. It just won't be as noticeable without the defense break anyways. Makes for a better PvE buff than PvP imo.

@@biogopher Ah yeah, I feel that. She definitely feels like a Skill 3 unit, but consider this. She could S2, s3, s2. Her skill 390% damage before the 1.5x multiplier. Her s3 only 480% total. Also her skill 2 applies negative effects, skill 3 reducing enemy atb by negative effects. Her s3 is definitely great, but it feels like it should be used after debuffs are already on the enemy in PvE situations.
Her S2 could do really well from setup of a different defense break. I typically use Asima, Beth, and Asima s3->s2, Beth S2 just kills everything. Now (because of the other change) everyone can use that combo because all they need is a defense break instead of defense break and dots. So I could see a lot more use in her skill 2 first (but again.. Extra dots really don't change this much).
That said, I will also miss the accuracy boost. Honestly, it would have been nice if they kept both, but then that'd just be another buff for Asima.

From what I hear, and have seen, youre ld 5s are actually quite powerful (if not op, Nyx). Mine are Zerath, apparently Leona, I cant even remember 2 of the other 5, so probably them too. Also, getting them right after a nerf (Veronica), then them getting another nerf, sucks. Alexandria (who happened to be from a free scroll, like Zerath was) was a nice consolation prize though. I even got her right after a buff.

Bagel do you have any suggestions for how to use the light dokkaebi lord, you mentioned he’s good for curtain content. My issue with him is he feels pointless he’s a stripper with low base speed up until the pact the crt damage was only if the enemy had no buffs. He has damage reduction based on buffs as well he feel like he’s trying to do everything and doing just ok at them.
Thats what I hate about Tiana personally, but she would be too damned op with more spd. I wish she would get more. I hope next balance, whatever game they play to decide the random buffs it picks her. And maybe the magic knights again.

Maybe light Eivor is just far more of a guild content monster, but I was literally just thinking "wow, this monster either feels terrible or only just barely competent enough to be used (in rta)".......... and now she is worse............. Seriously, her skill 3 went from an inconsistent CC ability to an inconsistent CC ability that is sub-par at cc'ing. Every time I use her I always end up thinking "I wish I had (different monster), it feels like i have 3.6 monsters instead of 4 monsters in the match"

gets a lot of turns, yes, but too often (not always) she does literally nothing with her turn. WAY too often I use skill 2 and it just does 6k
damage and nothing else. it's just always SUCH a gamble using her and hoping that she lands her ability...
This may be the most lackluster balance patch ever in every way. The Isis change is completely useless by the way.
Actually helps against things like Juno, so she doesnt get her spd buff still. Also, its the absolute best ever cause now Lapis and Lanett can be used more. And theres hope one day theyll have 100-105 base spd.
I have to debuild astar after this patch, she's useless now!

What are you talking about? It is actually a buff, her increase speed passive can throw off speed tuning so it's better they remove it and let her do more damage. You only use Astar in Necro, Rift raids and TOA anyway now she gets a free attack buff.
Also, shes gonna have more base spd. I prefered the spd as hp goes down, but who cares shes got more spd anyway, which I think is the reason for the rework (it doesnt feel like a balance as thats too much of a change).
@@jaredcrabb well, the familys base spd were all pretty low and therefore they were kinda hard to rune speedwise.
More spd for lost hp is annoying for spd tuning in necro, and this is also a pretty decent astar buff for necro especially.
@@benjaminmesserer2471 I didnt care about the tuning of her personally, I just wanted her to have as many turns as possible. It is a buff, a huge one, I simply preferred Astars old passive as I used her elsewhere too. But the passive was more of a rework rather than a balance, which can be a buff to some and a nerf to others.
The huge Beth buffs are surprising, she’s the weakest of her sisters but these buffs look good. Shocked they refuse to buff light pirate cap, but keep giving fire more and more boons
she only got carried by the asima buff. that's all.
I'm not sure I like the Beth changes for RTA. The skill changes likely are helpful, but reducing her accuracy lowers her utility in RTA for me at least (I'm probably one of the few who liked her accuracy awakening)

Thats a buff I believe. Ive never seen it activate on a glancing hit before.
