    Great work my friend, I am always happy to watch your youtube content! Anyway, I am hoping you will do a Muscle Up tutorial in the near future as I just requested in other videos.     can I train everyday if it's all different body parts
    like monday: back tuesday: chest wednesday: biceps,triceps Thursday: legs friday,Saturday,Sunday: repeat back, chest, triceps/biceps

    HIIi CONGRATULATIONS!!! ,my question is : after many years of gym i want to dedicate only calisthenics my level now is intermediate but i don't have breath resistance cardiovascular, i start with fullbody or split routine chest triceps shoulders-back biceps-legs calves? because with full body i m tired too it's too heavy for me what do you advice me? SORRY FOR BAD ENGLISH

    Why do all calisthenics leg exercises on youtube is high rep/endurance based. It is not very good for adding mass to lowerbody. If I can do 20 pistol squats, then what?

    do you know how to sprint faster, because you're fast as hell man and can you achieve that with only bodyweight or do you have to go to the gym???
