How long do you work OUT
What distance do you achieve in broad jumps? 220cm? 250cm? :)
I'm impressed by your jump height. Almost nailed the road jump as well.

Why do all calisthenics leg exercises on youtube is high rep/endurance based. It is not very good for adding mass to lowerbody. If I can do 20 pistol squats, then what?
