All 32 NFL teams have enjoyed the luxury of at least several great quarterback seasons throughout their respective histories. Some, of course, have experienced far more all-time legendary QB campaigns than others.
But when it comes to all 32 clubs, which individual QB seasons stand out as the very best? That’s what we’re here to answer. Without further ado, let’s take a look back on the best quarterback season in every NFL team’s history.

Y.A Title throwing 36 TDs in the early 60s is the mos insane thing I've ever heard. People need to talk about that more.
Mannnings 2013 season is god tier imagine if he was a deal threat mans a stature had 55 tds only 8 picks and like 5.7 k yards
It’s absolutely insane that Manning had such an incredible season in Denver right after having potentially career-ending neck surgery at the age of 36, my fav QB of all time for sure

One could argue that 2020 was Aaron Rodgers' best season, where he surpassed his touchdown pass record, TD-INT ratio, almost matched his passer rating and came close to a Superbowl appearance

I agree about 2021. I still feel like if Murphy-Bunting doesn’t slip on 2nd and forever in the final minute against the Rams, that game goes to overtime, the Bucs win, and they beat the 49ers and Bengals no problem to go back to back.
Personally think that Hurts' 2022 season was better than McNabb's, but both were very good
Daunte Culpepper's 2004 season was such an anomaly and then he fell off.
Warren Moon in 95 or Brett Farve in 09 should be the one for the Vikings. I know the 98 Vikings team and offense was their best but it was not because of the QB it was because of that insane WR duo of Moss and Carter. Both Farves and Moon only threw 1 less TD but both had 500+ more yards and played much better.
Ever heard the "You got Mossed" it all started with Cris Carter. With those two you could've started a ham sandwich and competed for the apocalypse. Or an NFL title.
Youngs 1994 season is still iconic
35 tds and 10 ints is just an average season nowadays.

I had to re-watch the reasoning for George Blanda over Warren Moon for the Houston Oilers. The Championship and Individual honors give Blanda the nod, but statistically speaking I got say Warren had a better year.
Sammy Baugh for the Redskins. Lead the league in TD passes, punting and defensive interceptions in the same year
Bengals should be Ken Andersen 1981 since at the time it was incredible and he won MVP and OPOY.

I'd pick Boomer's season in 1988. It's hard to compare to Burrow since all the quarterbacks today put up way bigger stats

A lot of seasons deserve consideration for the Steelers. Bradshaw in 79 of course was great as were Roethlisberger's seasons in 08 and 10. But statistically the best season was Roethlisberger in 18
Bradshaw threw for 3,700 yards in an Era where defenders were allowed to commit felony assault on the field..

Ken Stabler in 1976 should’ve been for the raiders. He threw 27 tds in just 12 games smack dap in the middle of the 70s. If you account for league averages in passing tds allowed which was 22% lower than it was in 2002 when Gannon threw his 27tds in 16 games then Ken Stabler in 1976 threw for the most era adjusted TDs per game in modern nfl history. He went 13-1 won the Super Bowl that year.
I feel so bad for matt ryan dude was one of the best almost a 5000 yrd season with the falcons. Stood tall against the patriots even tho he lost he will still be remembered for a prolific mvp run

The literal best OVERALL season, regular and post season by a QB you didn’t even have on this list and it’s 1989 Joe Montana:
Led the league in completion % (then record), was on pace for TD’s but only played 12 games, still won MVP, then had the literal greatest postseason by a QB with 13 total TD’s (11 passing), ZERO TURNOVERS and only sacked ONCE. Had like a 146 QB rating for the entire postseason along with the single season record for QB rating at like 117 that stood until ‘04 Manning
Will also say most of these I agreed except Philly should’ve been 2022 Hurts or 1960 Van Brocklin and Cincy should’ve been either ‘81 Ken Anderson or ‘88 Boomer since both took Cincy to the SB like Burrow but won MVPs in those years. I could also see Bills going for 1990 Jim Kelly and argue Mahomes best season either 2018 or 2020 although his 2022 season was better including playoffs
Also just remembered, Raiders I would’ve had Stabler from 1974, for my Steelers either Bradshaw 1978 or Big Ben in 2016 or 2017

He didn't win MVP. Kurt did. Also you can't directly compare numbers 20 years apart. The league was nowhere near as pass happy in 1999. However if you separate Los Angeles and St Louis, then Stafford wins the LA portion easily.

Thing is matt had an almost identical season to 2016 in 2018, but because the falcons were a losing team that year no one noticed or cared.
Manning's 2013 season is still the best I've ever seen.
I think Brady’s 07 season was better but I don’t know how manning had a career ending injury then threw 55 touchdowns
What about Big Ben's 2013 season where he led the league in passing with Drew Brees and had 32 touchdowns with nine interceptions had a quarterback rating of 103.3 that was the best season for the Steelers even though Ben went to the AFC championship game lost to the Patriots

Brady, Manning, and Warner hold the best season for six different teams. Thats unreal how they could help elevate others to their level even if for only a limited time. You can't overlook that kind of production

Boomer Esiason’s 1988 campaign is always overshadowed by Icky Woods deservingly so but I believe he had the best Bengals Qb season. He was only 4 points away from immortality.
Honestly Brady's 21 season was probably better than 20. Over 5,300 yards and 43 touchdowns. Better stats than Mahones 2022 MVP season. They didn't win the superbowl, but Brady put on a clinic and should've been MVP that year.
What about packers when a rod 37 td 4 int
Drew Brees could have had 2 mvps by winning 2009 and 2011. But there was always one guy who had a slightly better season.
It's a player based award. So it's very subjective as to who truly has a better season.
Maybe subjectively better, but objectively Brees out-performed Rodgers in completion pct, completions, yards, td's, and sacks. The only significant category Rodgers had over Brees was int. Rodgers is a product of the media more than stats. 2014 same thing with Manning and Rodgers. 2020 was the first one Rodgers actually deserved. And, 2009 was not one of Brees' best years. So, coming in number 2 was probably generous.
@@duanehellier2147 Rodgers was better on a per throw basis in 2011. And he sat out parts of games which made his counting stats worse. And no way in hell Manning deserved it over him in 2014.

The commanders should have been Sammy baugh no doubt about it The man let the league in passing yards touchdowns passing yards in game until Russell Wilson broke it by a rookie also let the league in punting yards and interceptions made all in the same year how can that not be the best season ever
As for my ravens flacco should’ve been there for his Super Bowl yr . As much as I love Lamar , he needs to get it done in the playoffs

Technically back to The 80’s because Bernie Kosar was a very good Quarterback as was Brian Sipe before him, Both were Pro-Bowl QB’s both got Cleveland to AFC championship’s before losing to Denver and Oakland and both had way better statistical seasons than Otto Graham.

I think Carson Palmers 2015 regular season was better than Kurt Warners 2008 regular season.
Facts
Mahomes had a better year statistically in 2018, better passer rating and 50 tds so not sure how you missed that, also Wentz had a better season in 2017, broke the franchise record on td passes (on a torn acl) and missed the final 3 games
Graham led the Browns to NFL Championship in 50-55
I would have picked Tony Romo in 2014 as the best QB season for the Cowboys.

Jim Kelly 1991 shouldn’t been on this list. He made first team all pro and threw 33tds in one of the lowest scoring seasons season since the 70s and he did it in 15 games and I also don’t have to mention that Kelly actually made the Super Bowl that year unlike Allen.
