I'm so glad I no longer consume meat or dairy. That meat did not look good AT ALL. I gave up meat over 15 years ago and don't miss it. And I'm glad I no longer like those desserts with ice cream and too much sugar. Now I can maintain my weight whereas before when I consumed dairy and a lot of sugar, my weight would always yo-yo. And my health improved as well when I gave up dairy.
