This is the smaller version of the ego battery. It sacrifices run time to keep it lighter. If you have other ego products you can always swap out for those. But I do understand if this is the only product you have and only have one battery.

Mine makes horrible loud noises. Despite me asking several times, Ego did nothing for me. The last time I will ever buy their product.
The BAD thing with EGO is the Batterys, are NOT dependable!
I sold all 3 EGO products I had and went with Milwaukee and never look back!
