Yaha leasehold b nahi ha society is NOC approved tow yaha allotment letter system ha

I purchased and 100% paid plot value in 2018 but in return I have nothing.
Only plot no was provided by CSC
Should I play a game with this plot no.?
CSC management shuld expedite development. Members can not wait for decades.
When after 100% payment members has nothing in hand.
It is just playing with members and collect money from members
