Hell let loose has so much potential to be one of the better hardcore games on the market, let’s just hope it actually makes its way out of early access.
Mr.Denton I think it’s okay for it to stay in early access, but too many good indie titles get stuck in early access until they eventually die.
Looks cool, hopefully the community isn't too toxic. From this video they seem reasonably chill, but a lot of these hardcore shooters (esp. ones with voice chat) attract trolls like flys on shit.
SQUAD is pretty good despite being early access imo

Holret I have put some good hours into both HLL and BFV, HLL is the better game in my eyes, great to see a Indi title taking it to the big boys.
He should play Post Scriptum aswell. Imo the most realistic one, and the audio in that game... Just next lvl

It's an exact replication of the real life Omaha beach.
All the maps are INCREDIBLE
Also it seems like latest update brought some visual improvements. Post proccessing and anti aliasing look much better when it's compared to the previous version.

Hell let loose really shines with a great squad. Luckily it's very easy to find a great squad on public servers. I never experienced in any Battlefield game teamplay that came close to the teamplay I get on public servers in this game.

@@RecklessGenesis First of all, i do not see what being a children has to do with not knowing what is the purpose of a tracer bullet. Secondly he's right, you're both right. Tracers are use to know where the bullets land and if it hits anything, tracers were used not only to know that but as rapid calculator, as you know we cannot see basic bullets so sometimes, especially in modern warfare because of long distance engagement, we use tracers to approximate the distance between target and shooter

@@ThemomSlapper BF1 introduced mechanics like operations that made it seem that they could have done great things with a lot of conflicts that were just completely ignored. Imagine operations mode DDay. You can ignore D Day and say its overdone and I wouldn't argue with you. However, Stalingrad was actually the largest battle in human history and yet the Russians aren't in the game. There's brutal irony here since thousands of women fought in Stalingrad for the Russians and it would have been the perfect way to represent women.

It’s easier to see on the monitor. UA-cam compression ruins lots of visibility on most games.

I will never ever forget about you Chuck Dixx. We were the German team when we had a match as you as the commander. You literally told everyone of the american side to redeploy on one of your hidden Garrison and our defenses fell in a matter of seconds. We almost defeated you at CHURCH ROAD but in the end you recaptured it. But yeah Team DIXX is the best server I played.

It's almost 1 year since the release of BF5 and that game got nowhere close to the WW2 that we wanted. DICE got a lot to learn from this game.
Dice wanted to show the "unseen" part of WW2 where half of the army is chinese allied womyns in gasmasks.

You have a garand, and there ain't no damage balance because its semi auto blah blah. You've got a semi auto rifle filled with some mean 30-06. and if you see a couple of unaware germans... Its over for them

Afaik theyre overhauling the sfx. Its the one thing theyve worked on for a long time. In the older videos somr weapons sound pretty terrible. Its a whole different game now from the alpha and beta days.
I feel the shooting mechanics are dated too

i love how antmospheric the game feels some times. Been playing it for the last 3 days and i can't get enough of those cinematic moments when your pushing with your team, smoking, nading and supressing. Whilst being supressed makes it feel really exciting.
The one thing I can tell you is this. I'll be placing BF5 in some dark dungeon for the next two years until they decide to fix it along with its microtransactions and play this game instead.

@@EthanJewellDrones Communication actually matters in this game, Teamwork is needed to win, Intense firefights that put you on edge, ultra realistic ballistics physics, actual rewarding gameplay when you succeed other than in BFV which has none of this.
Either way you cant compare BFV a triple A arcade WW2 shooter to HLL a indie realistic WW2 shooter. Its like comparing Apples and Oranges. Both good games in their own right.

That game has the almost perfect balance between Arcade and Realism, feels like a mix of Battlefield and one of these Realistic shooters. I suggest checking it out although you're a bit late to the party

As a very passionate BF5 player, I left BF5 over a month ago for this game - most underrated WW2 game in my opionion...
Very realistic, tactical and with a very good community (which is most pleasant here), where everyone pull together for the objectives! 💪🏻👍🏻

May want to check out some more gameplay of it first as it's alot more milsim than Jacks usual BF style of game. I'd say check out some of somebody like Karmakuts hell let loose videos to get a broader idea of how this plays as it's alot more about genuine verbal Communication & teamwork than run, gun, respawn

On the eastern front both the Germans and Soviets also issued explosive tipped bullets to their snipers in the form of 7.92x57mm B-Petrone for the Germans and the 7.62x54mmR PZ rounds for the Soviets.
That's why the Geneva convention banned exploding bullets after ww2.
I love this game. I cannot emphasize enough that voice-communication is absolute key for victories! Being able to talk to Squad lead, calling out tanks, etc. Low-flying planes are dropping supplies, High-flying planes are dropping bombs!

Man, I played the hell out of that first mission in Medal of Honor: Frontline. I'm having one of those moments where I can't believe just how far graphics have come. I just bought this so I can run down a realistic Omaha.
Medal of honor was the best ww2 game , till this diamond...i might go back from ps4 to pc for this

The most realistic game ever, and he assumes something is just decorative XD
This is looking more and more of what Heroes and Generals 'Tried' to be. Between the assets looking almost the same and some of the terrain and map locations matching up. The high player count, Semi-HC, Combined Arms play-style across a gigantic map, featuring realistic looking details and locations close to what they might have been in that time period.
Keep it up JF...looking forward to more of these in the future.

This game is still in early development, but eventually it will become the epitome of WWII game, this is the one.
fuckin love this game, best WWII shooter in a long time, you should play more of this. also fun fact, all the maps are built based on aerial recon photos from WWII.
