EV = 20k, earned 10k per month for 2 months and 3rd month phase not completed. AC = 31k PV = 30k, expected to earn 30k at the end of 3rd phase or month CV= EV-AC = -11k SV = EV - PV = -10k SPI = EV/PV CPI= EV/AC
Good information. By the way, at 23:38 the video explains to look at the answer on how to complete the problem but moves on and never shows the solution for calculating CV, SV, CPI, and SPI.
Hi Aqoan, All our videos have examples covered for every topic. As these are self-learning videos we can't explain more in detail. All our Live virtual class training will be conducted by an expert trainer, he can explain everything in detail with examples and also can clear all your queries. If you are thinking of signing up for the course, please click on the link for more information: www.simplilearn.com/project-management/pmp-certification-training?Cost-Management-VwrHzduy8IU&SC&
Thanks for the reply but in terms of examples, I meant snippets of actual generic projects using these steps. For example, under Cost Estimate, Cost Budget and Cost Control, a generic small project's written report would be an invaluable addition to your videos, considering your inputs, outputs and tool can be found in literally every other video and book. I'm not really looking to enter a PM qualification or anything like that so spending $400 to get an example is a bit idealistic.

Why don't you ever show examples of people actually using this in a project?

@@Aqoan - Good question👍 I am also looking for that kind of actual project budgeting examples which will make sense.
