Welcome to my channel!
In winter, we often see snow removal operations everywhere in Montreal City. I filmed this video with my Samsung Galaxy S10 Plus on January 14, 2020. First removal was filmed on Blvd. René-Lévesque West, second one was in the City of Saint-Laurent and the third one near Cote-Vertu Metro.
Montreal is the most populous municipality in the Canadian province of Quebec and the second-most populous municipality in Canada. Winter in Montreal lasts from December until April. The average temperature in December is a daytime high of -2.3 C / 28 F and a nighttime low of -8.9 C / 16 F.

@@bigmart581 I know that, but some places it only snows for two days per winter. So i mean, is snow garanteed within a certain period for weeks or months straight.

Nice video! If your using a gopro or something of that sort you could strap it to those permanent poles right next to the sidewalk and get a close up shot of that amazing machine in action.

Toronto can learn from watching these folks work as a team…non-stop and fast right after a major snowfall. Toronto needs to move a little faster. About 2 weeks after the 55 cm dumping, some major thoroughfares right lane stretches are still buried in snow! 🤷🏾♂️

Up to -32 in Montreal plus with winter could go up to -40, but not often, usually -35

Only from January to December!. Jk. Realistically, in Montreal, snow from Nov to March is normal. Oct and April are less common, but isnt shocking. May has happened, but would be rare. June through Sept are hot, hot hot.

ElenaLifeDesigns Cool, forgot how large Montreal was. I’m just wondering if the numbers on Google are accurate since they’re based on the census and probably don’t account for the foreigners who frequent Vancity. Either way, all three are beautiful cities!

So this is why they have a ban on leaving your car parked on the street during winter months! This was very interesting to see, although if I was one of those machine operators, I would be very upset waking up every morning only to have to re-clean the streets all over again from the new snow. But then again, that's the whole job.

It’s only during the time they are removing the snow from that particular side of the street that you can’t park. They place orange no-parking signs in these cases, otherwise you can park.
