I had a momax onelink before, like 3 yrs ago, only reason it stopped working cuz I accidentally dropped it a bit too much and broke the tip, then I lost the replacements and didn't know I can buy replacements 😂
At least you didn’t drop an Apple Pencil. Even more unforgiving on your wallet.
I think that you have produced a great, and clear video about the digital pen connudrum here, JK.
Are third party pens worth the cheaper price? we will find out after the 4 years.
Not heard of 2 of those but i have had an Elephone [or is it Elephant? a diff brand?] but it was a chinese phone, lasted 4 years until i upgraded and have now gave it to the girlfriend so if it is the same brand that might be the one still writing in 4 years.
I use both tbh Android and Apple, but i favor Android as Peripherals are cheaper.
Awesome video, I have 2 concerns regarding the Momax, I’m worried that the continuous magnetic charging damages the iPad or cause some short of short circuit, does it stop charging once it’s done? Also, how good is the palm rejection? I’m going to be using it for taking notes.
I’m pretty much puzzled, do I go for a Momax TP7, or the new USB C Apple Pencil?
I’ve just bought a second TP7 (and still have the first one). It connects in exactly the same as the Apple Pencil and is just as good for my needs which is audio editing. I notice no lag or odd palm rejection issues ever.
The only negative is the lack of double tap but I can live without it considering the price difference. That feature alone isn’t worth the Apple Tax.
These are great alternatives and I’ve never heard of these options. PS You look like a Third Party Apple Pencil Street Dealer in your thumbnail. Very appropriate.
Haha. Thanks Dave. Purely accidental. It's cold in Hong Kong at the moment.
