I think the head rest is more of a safety feature so your head can’t swing right back in a crash and less of an actual head rest for resting 😅

If you have good posture and don’t hunch, usually your head will touch the rest. Also, it’s really more of a whiplash prevention than a rest.

To be honest, I only come back on UA-cam to watch Alfie and your videos. I think the UA-cam space has become so saturated with super intense videos and challenges that I often get overwhelmed with the amount of them. It feels so homey and relaxing to watch you guys’ videos, I just love it. ❤
After yesterday’s vlog I’ve been so excited to see this breakfast lol
Starbucks barista here! We still do the strawberries and cream frapacinno, and about 15 different other ones that just arent on the menu boards but are on the till! If you ask the person at the till what frapacinnos we have, they can list them out for you. The waffle cone ones are limited time only, they'll be phasing out soon but we have some good autumn ones coming! Also, if you liked the clotted cream fudge cold brew, try the salted caramel one, its so nice!

This is what google says about headrests and also what I had in mind from when I learnt to drive ‘A headrest's primary purpose is to prevent whiplash. To do so effectively, the top of the headrest must come up to at least the top of your ears-preferably to the top of your head-and be within two to four inches of the back of your head. This is true for both the front and rear seats’

Headrests in cars are primarily to reduce whiplash in an accident
I LOVE to watch Grackle for a chill vlog. She is just so wholesome. Also head rests are to ensure if you got in an accident your neck wouldn't break. That's why it is important to keep it at the correct height. At least that is what my driving instructor told me and he was an ex-firefighter.
You guys weren't exaggerating...that breakfast looks amazing. Love me some crispy bacon.

In my driving lessons my instructor said you should adjust the head rest so it’s as close as it can go but it’s not necessarily for your head to rest in whilst driving but is there to protect your neck/head in a crash. Loving vlogust 🤩

I'm learning to drive right now and i asked my instructor the same question - apparently a head rest is a head restraint, its there to protect your head and neck in the event of a crash, not actually designed for resting! But as a passager it just happens to be comfy too lol!

Pickleball is all the rage in the USA, people of all ages love it. I've followed it'sjudyslife channel from the beginning before Benji and Judy got engaged and they now have 5 beautiful daughters and still vlog consistently. I also enjoy somersinalaska channel, an awesome family living in North Pole...they are an inspiration of a tight knit family
Sometimes I get cravings for Troye's videos, but like more relevant to the current day, or just life updates or smth!

I also want to advise kindly of the benefits of extended rear facing, it’s definitely worth delving deep into research it’s the reason my 3 year old is still rear facing xxx
Just a heads up as I don’t think it’s very common knowledge! but the cool lime refreshas have green coffee extract in them and do have a moderate amount of caffeine! (only found this out after I started working there) - and yes we still do the strawberries and cream frap! it’s even better with white chocolate sauce in it😉
I would also love a vlog from Tanya Burr ❤ I use to watch all her vlogs and I am still using her cook book.

I think the headrest is there to prevent serious whiplash in case of a crash. There is advice out there somewhere about the positioning of the headrest for maximum effectiveness (but I don’t know where!)

As somebody who has recently passed their driving test.. the peak of your headrest bend should be just above the ear or just below the eyes😊 loving vlogust❤️❤️

I find the headrest discussion so funny, I took my driving test a couple of weeks ago and got asked how the head restraint should be by my examiner. It should be as close to the back of the head as comfortable!
I like to watch Tara Henderson. I started watching her when she was pregnant with #3 and moved into a new house. Now she has 4 kids and moved again. She has a lot of organizing and decorating and day to day stuff. The Beaston Family is really good too.

My driving instructor told me not to rest my head against the headrest. And I think it helps your neck not getting injured as much when you get in an accident..
