I wish gearbox would just make every legendary viable. I understand some of the gimmicky ones could be tough to balance, but I wanna actually be excited to get a random legendary again.
I really hope gearbox will switch the effects of seein dead class mod and seein red cap stone. I just wanna use different class mods without completely gimping myself.
Take the chance to activate all the kill skills off the Seein Dead & put that on Seein Red. Seein Dead would still make all the kill skills have 25% more effectiveness but then all the other class mods, as long as you have the blue capstone, have access at chances to activating all the kill skills
...& for alternative builds without Seein Dead the Infiltrator works great with the Nova Berner, Stinger, or Frozen Heart. Conductor class mod & the Electric Banjo is surprisingly fun try that & enjoy slaughtering Athenas. Guns that emit novas while ASA are fun with a Shockerator just have novas going off all over the place. Lately i’ve been trying out a x18 Bangstick with the Hustler mod ots not too bad on M10. And Zane’s green capstone works amazing with the Killswitch shield or any decent shield with Power Charge twice.
Sadly antifreeze sucks on Zane. Since the sliding damage is V2, it's barely anymore as compared to his other V2 bonuses. Had they made its crit multiplicative and given it immunity to cryo, it would be quite better than seein dead.
Yea... There is no other good options on Zane besides Seein' Dead. I'm hoping most of his class mods get an overhaul in the future. It is needed for better build diversity :)
@@Joltzdude139 they really do just need to make Seein' Dead a capstone and change the mod to something else. Also redesign the class mod that breaks your shield and activates your kill skills, so weird that there is a com that does the same thing but worse as a capstone. Worse than that stupid com for FL4K that gives an extra Rakk Attack charge like an annoint. X(

The seein dead isn't that op. The fact that his other coms suck is what makes the seein dead op. Fix the seein dead and buff other coms and you're golden :)
@@aamir6892 I just can't agree, a big part of Zane's failures as a character is that so much of his DPS relies upon his kill skills. If there's nothing to kill, or things take too long to die, they're all dead points. Seein' Dead and procing those constantly is what makes those skills work. Without those, he's missing a massive boost in power that every other VH takes for granted as just "normal skills". Even the shit com that activates them by using a skill, but breaking your shield in the process doesn't really work (but it was one of the COMs to see play before Seein' Dead) was still somewhat haphazard because his skills are such long CDs due to the length of the skill themselves. That build before basically relied up on the clone and self-destructing it to get it back on CD and ticking away faster so you could keep pressing it, which made any points that boosted the clone only half their normal value. It was ridiculous. Toss in so many of his dead talents like the ones that turns all damage into non elemental... which really only helps 50% of the time, and ironically HURTS YOU 50% of the time (there's really no "neutral" with that skill) basically makes it a trap talent based on enemy weapon type rolls... which is bizarre. Making Seein' Dead the capstone instead of the blue capstone that basically mimics the shitty COM without the drawback lets you use basically any of the other COMs (except the one that breaks shields, because why would you ever even then) for some difference in your play. I'd love that actually... but it looks like we're stuck waiting to see what his purple skill tree is for any decent changes... at which point, I don't think anyone will ever go more than 10-11 points in green ever again.

I run a very similiar setup for my Clone Drone Zane Build Just with Plague Bearer in Shock with Transformer and a few other guns but still hits like Nukem Filled Truck. But i must thank you for giving some intresting new options to test out. Love your stuff always watching them when i grind in Games to keep my Motivation high
It only melts when I have my digi Clone. Without it I’m dead because for some reason my regular damage with the best guns are kind of bad. I really don’t know why.

The colors that you have chosen for Zane reminds me of sane Krieg and psycho Krieg if you look at the clone's color while standing beside a red Zane I like it!! cool build for sure!
i really like the clone build, i just cannot for the life of me get good weapons so he does all the damage. and something i've noticed is that the clone damage doesnt seem to build up groundbreaker at all
for ammo hungry weapons like the sand hawk I recommend something I do for my build, bring a cutpurse and a fishslap (cant be gotta after the cartel event so I hope you already have one) take both grenade skills for sntnl and clone and if you use seein dead and a fast weapon you will have so many fishslap grenades around each one refilling yours and your allies ammo this is passive as well and it works great for me and my friend when we use sand hawks and other high damage ammo eater.
For even more chaos I use only rad weapons... the Sandhawk becomes a nuking weapon when they clone triggers the all those sparkly explosions. Explosion truly is an art. 😁
Rather frustratingly, I found this post update meaning the skill trees have changed ever so slightly. Still a great vid to base a build off with some slight variations. Great video!

I just realized while respecting zane the moved some of the skills around. For example. Confident competence switched places with distributed denial and is now at the bottom of the skill tree. So this build may need an update. I tried looking for one but no one seems to have one
Violent Momentum is a skill in the Hitman tree which scales damage based on movement speed, the faster you move the more damage you deal. Snowdrift Victory Rush gives you a massive boost in movement speed when sliding which equals a boost in damage.
Jolts: The the victory rush will do more damage than the pearl but what you are really looking for is snowdrift prefix. Me: gets a snowdrift victory rush.
This build can’t work exactly the same anymore with the green skill tree since they swapped confident competence and distributed denial, they also swapped death follows close and seein’ red in the blue skill tree but since you have to get to the capstone in the end it doesn’t really matter but still a good build
Something that always buged me. Are there annoints that stack for each instance? Like Amara gets +300% Meele or something like that. A list of some annoints would be much appreciated, maybe as video.
I'm curious about something, how are the "While an action skill is active, you gain 200% weapon damage" annoints? I saw those and immediately thought of Zanes basically infinite action skill time.
This boss at TWELVE (12) Immune phases that can't be skipped. So he just did one of the phases because doing any more parts of the 12 immune phases makes ZERO(0) sense

I just go sntl and clone and I'm doing the exact same thing to these bosses. Maliwan takedown was a breeze and guardian takedown was a bit challenging but that's nothing. For me personally Zane is the most versatile vault hunter and I can easily change between action skills and it will be the same. Just my opinion but I wanna know others favorite vault hunter and why
zane is not versatile enough has all the kill skills in one tree essentially and you cant even go a respectable green and red tree build because green trees so bad

As a Zane main, I agreed that this and Cryo Zane is best combos
Coming back to this after 2 years because i wanted to update my Zane build and that...didnt go well.
This is probably the best/most fun build I have ever played with and zane wasn’t even my main!
Me: takes 5 minutes to kill traunt on m6.
Joltz: takes 5 seconds on m10

Sntnl cryo is better , 200 asa you can't switch weapons
@@TugaTriping Oh really? I thought Sentinel Cryo only applied to one gun. So the cryo is still better even if all your weapons have the 200 annoint?
Yes because you proc the asa and when you change weapon you have to proc again with the other gun
