@@ourfavoritefinds I remember it being the worst experience I had in the kitchen, and I swore I would never make pasta by hand again. But then I did. And after a few times, it was SO much easier.

You compared mostaccioli boxed pasta to what was supposed to be penne, but was actually more like pipette. The shape alone would tell you the difference, plus then there's the ridges.
Still nice to hear your impressions of the taste, but the blind part was completely pointless.

Yeah, I could definitely tell which was which in the blind taste test, but I promise the actual flavor was WAY different and noticeable
