I've found that when administered with the intention to decrease anxiety or fear, in anticipating unfamiliar, disassociating fluctuations in awareness, restfully positioned, surrounded with the most complexly biodiverse, lush & healthy, peaceful, secluded park-like setting with clear view of the sky, in order to achieve the best results.

I know this comment is old but I've recently bought salvia extract online and I've been doing a lot of research before I dive into the plant. One youtuber said you want to start off small and build your way up, two days ago I had just a pinch of the extract which is just a wee pinch( even that had some effect) yesterday I had a medium amount inserted into my smoke pipe and that was enough to feel effectsof a medium dose small and medium doses you're still in your body whereas high dosage is where you astral project. Im kinda nervous to do high dose so I'm working my way up, you don't want to smoke it like a weed because its 20x stronger than weed and the effect starts quicker. I've noticed that small and medium doses opens up my third eye more intensely than weed has ever done

I recommend not using a bong, a bowl or a smoke pipe would be good. Low dosage is a pinch and medium dosage is filling the pipe/bowl once
