- I really wanted to buy a third arable field to harvest so the only option was to take out a bank loan.

On the fields you are struggling to get into, you can sell the gate (they have to be closed), and take out a hedge with a chainsaw and add a set of double gates to make it easier to enter.
Have you tried to enable straw swath on the combine before hooking up to header trailer. When you tried doing the straw on the canola it went up.
The cattle pen you have holds 500,000 litres of feed. If you did want to do a baling contract, you could just sell enough to complete the contract and keep the rest for the cows.
On the updated map the cow shed holds 750,000 litres of feed
Always a great video! :)
Hello Chainsaw, are you considering keeping the wheat for some chickens??
Until you get a weight on the back, the other balegrab isnt as heavy as the big one. Also there is another decent size field with easy access from where the trailer is parked
You will be needing TMR in 3 months so you will need the straw And some hay before winter.
Don’t need straw for tmr anymore
@@Jonokramer07 it makes it cheaper if you do mix it in at the maximum %.
@@samtrenchard1246 it’s easier to do without if he hasn’t baled any tho
@@Jonokramer07 yes no point in buying it but he does have some straw that can be baled up and used to stretch the silage and hay. My reason for using the straw is that it will allow excess silage to be sold at a greater profit than the straw.
Nice choice on the new field.
Take out a loan to buy the baler
Why such a big tractor on the tanker
