Protein keeps you fuller longer. Hard boiled eggs are pretty easy, yogurt is good, toast/apples with peanut butter - all of these have high protein and yogurt comes in varieties without added sugar. I like the kind that's plain yogurt with real fruit that you mix in :) I'm so excited for you!
Also cheese sticks - I love cheese a lot. I also like the Tillamook cheddar squares. I'd advise hard boiling eggs from a carton rather than buy pre-boiled eggs. It's a lot cheaper :)
