How the Media team post this slow but had the nerve to stop other people from filming? And y'all don't even film everything at the games anymore? I almost thought SU didn't have a game last weekend.

Or it’s 2023 and there’s nothing abnormal about footage of a band performance being posted within a day of filming.
@@KingofMemphis being able to post the same day or while the event is still going is luxury, and I’m sure SU invest good money into their media team and equipment to do so. Yes it’s 2023 but there is still a process to editing and making sure everything perfect before you post.
@@jaylinpoplar6380 completely understand. I would think next day posting is a fairly reasonable standard. Especially for the band’s official media team.

Six lined is 192. That's what they've been marching all season for halftime. This pre-game show had 6 and a half lines or 208 band members on the field. SU has around 230 members in total.

How was the game on Saturday and the first clip isn’t posted until two days later? So sad the band don’t realize HJ Media is doing a massive disservice to the band by slacking on the footage while preventing other media groups from filming.
You didn’t miss anything except for this performance. No new material was played and there was no battle. What is the rush in seeing the same damn thing you saw a week ago?

@@KingofMemphis They showed up to perform for the crowd that was present at this game. Not for youtube viewers. I am almost positive none of them cared about being filmed this day, especially if there was no new pressure or material at hand.

See how that logic makes no sense whatsoever? The band’s objective is to entertain fans everywhere, regardless of the opponent.

Hey...they are marching 224 on the field since the Boombox last weekend. They weren't that big at the National BOTB nor at Alabama State. I've never seen the Jukebox with more than 192 on the field. I wonder if the goal is 256. 🤷🏾♂️

They couldn't have marched 230. That would have made for 57½ squads, resulting in an asymmetrical field show. Being that Southern executes the classic "Patterns of Motion" precision drill progressions, 230 bandsmen just doesn't work. If you're referring to the size of the entire band, then I believe you might be right. But I am only speaking about the band they put on the field. Respect.

SU is really falling off this season, literally in EVERY department🤦🏾♂️ It’s so sad & hurting😪
Everyone has been warning them the past 2 seasons, but they wouldn’t listen. The poor arrangements, the skating and sloppiness has finally hit home. Honestly, It’s no way any other band should come CLOSE to touching their sound (with over 220+ members), yet here we are. There’s a reason Doc would trim the fat. Better to have band full of killers than a “fluff of numbers” they have over there now. Losing Haymer and B was the last straw. And to make matters worst is fanboys who never was affiliated with the juke will keep giving “E for effort”, like the legacy isn’t built on perfection. Smh. Damn shame man

I have to say this. Human Jukebox Media has become my least favorite HBCU band media team. Yall barely post clips. And had the nerve to run off the other media teams who was getting great footage of the band and the Dolls. What gives?
