I have to get 19mm mass in nasopharynx removed. Can that be causing my burning mouth and facial numbness and pain? Scared of more damage.

im 34 always have had sinus issues my whole life.
My ENT found a Nasopharynx Mass and wants me to have a ct scan and the mass excised for biopsy.

Is there any difficulty on visualising the pharynx?
Which part of the pharynx do you mean? The normal mucosa is usually easy to find on post-contrast imaging.
I have 12mm mass. I'm scared because burning so bad mouth and throat for over a year
You need to see an Otolaryngologist who can help you to find out exactly what is going on.
